Marcus started walking. He had no idea which way he was heading, circling aimlessly through the thick brush. As afternoon faded, the sun began to dip below the horizon. Back in the Heavenly Palace, there was no sun—it was always day. Now, he watched the big, glowing red orb in the sky, not even knowing its name.
While wandering, Marcus spotted a massive wolf bullying a newborn dragon 🐉. Anger flared in his chest; he had always hated it when the big picked on the small.
"Hey, big demon! Whatever you are—stop bullying that little dragon and come at me!"
He had no sword and no training. Panicking, he swallowed the Power Boost Pill. He tried to summon a Heavenly Move, only to realize his divine power was gone. Acting on instinct, he lunged forward, scooped up the dragon, and bolted. He found a massive, hollowed-out tree branch and dove inside to hide from the wolf.
"So, little dragon... what's your name? Where's your mom?"
He didn't realize that dragons on Earth X couldn't talk. He lay there, trapped with no knowledge of this world and no way out.
