Chapter 18 - Great moment

At the port of Kromtan in the city of Sinsan

Malesa one of the seven masters of the Black Fingers organization who blackmailed the leader of the Red Star pirates

Malisa"Come on, man, I've helped you a lot. 6,000 sil is not a big number between us."

Sil is the currency of the Southern Kingdoms Alliance, which includes Robana, Maltalia, Green Forest, and Cynthia.

The bad boy konson replied irritably, "Please stop, Malisa. Just because you're my little sister doesn't mean you can steal my money as you please...My friends and I worked hard to earn 12,000 sil, and you want to take them all....!"

Malisa got angry and hit the bad boy, Konson, on the head"You idiot, that's how you talk to your sister? If I hadn't been with you that day you and your little gang will have been dead by now ."

Konson, the bad boy, was annoyed as he rubbed his head.

"What are you talking about? Bulkan and his friends aren't stupid enough to kill me. The Black Fingers organization is behind me."

Malisa put her hands on her head, upset and saddened by her brother's words.

"Oh, my poor brother, you know nothing. I'm not talking about Bulkan and his friends, but the man who was with them, the man who seems to be from a western continent."

Conston laughed as he kicked his foot."You're talking about that man who couldn't even look me in the eye when we appeared in front of him."

Malisa sighed and started to leave, saying,"Anyway, I'm going to another meeting..."

Konson, the bad boy, spoke with a serious expression."Is it time for that...?"

Malisa stopped with a serious tone."Yes..."

The bad boy, Konson, smiled and said,"Take care of yourself, sister..."

Malisa continued on her way without speaking, clearly afraid.

The bad boy, Conson, sighed.

"What a girl... I wish our father hadn't abandoned us... Would our situation be better, I wonder?"

...

Konson searched his bag and shouted angrily,

"That stupid girl stole 8,000 sil without me knowing... Damn it!!"

In the plains beside the city of Kromtan, under the shade of a tree, stood a man dressed in ancient Chinese warrior attire—gray, with a bamboo hat covering his blinding white eyes, long gray hair, and a long sword resting against the tree.

"You're late, Malissa," he said as Malissa appeared before him with quick steps.

Name: Lang Yu

Race: Human

One of the Seven Masters of the Black Fingers Organization

Level: Grandmaster

Malissa smiled.

"It's been a long time since I've seen you, Lang..."

Lang stood and took a few steps before stopping, looking up at the sky and raising his hand toward the sun."The time has come, Malissa. The remaining four masters have gathered in the Duchy of Bamira... It's time to bring down this cursed kingdom,"

Malissa said, puzzled.

"I still don't understand why we have to attack the Duchy of Bamira first. Shouldn't we start with the weakest?"

Lang spoke in a firm tone.

"You're still very young, Malissa... The Duchy of Bamira the Greatest noble family In the kingdom of Maltalia and known for being the king's greatest supporter, this has led to the folowing of many nobles under it, especially nobles with a bad reputation who frequently abuse their people. This means that the downfall of the Bamira family would be a devastating blow to the king and the kingdom, and on top of that, it would win the love of an oppressed people. "

.........

In the Bamira family ---

In a garden adorned with beautiful trees and neatly trimmed shrubs, flowers of various colors everywhere, fountains shaped like swords and women spouting water all around

An Elf woman with black hair, black eyes, and a jeweled red dress was sipping tea under a large purple stone canopy, while the head butler, Ben, sat beside her.

The woman said,"I heard that I had an interesting guest today..."

Name: Camilla Zatopia

Race: Elf

Lady of the Bamira family and the second daughter of the Duchy of Zatopia in the Green Forest Kingdom

Level : Warrior

Ben spoke with his usual smile,

"Yes, Lady of the family, he is the rescuer of a young lady and he came accompanied by an A-Rank Hunter."

Camilla spoke after placing her cup of tea,

"That's lovely... but an A-Rank Hunter? That's a bit of a nuisance if a Hunter Guild interferes in our business..."

Ben spoke confidently and calmly,

"Don't worry at all, my lady. The A-rank he holds is merely an honorary rank bestowed upon him by one of the Nine Claw hunters."

Camila fell silent, then said angrily, "Are you telling me there's a possibility of a Nine Claw being involved?"

Ben smiled and poured tea for Camila, saying, "Don't worry, ma'am. It's just a stroke of luck he had some time ago, and the person who gave him the rank is known to be reckless and often acts impulsively."

Camila sighed, saying, "Be careful. I don't want years of hard work to go to waste because of a reckless act..."

...

In the Bamira family's training ground 4, located behind the palace, lay a field littered with wooden and metal swords, neatly arranged and scattered everywhere, along with other untouched weapons like spears and arrows, which the Bamira family members and soldiers avoided and despised.

More than 20 soldiers trained in this field, sweat pouring from their brows as they underwent rigorous training.

They shouted loudly from the intensity and weight of their exercises.

Some carried huge rocks on their backs, while others held giant rocks from which a rod protruded. A metal object carried by a soldier, who trained with it as if it were a sword.

Amidst all this, Karsa appeared, whom Bulkan had left to wander around the palace.

Karsa entered Arena 4, and all eyes turned to him the moment he entered.

Whispers and words circulated among the soldiers.

Some said, "Is he the savior of the young lady?"

Others said, "How huge he is! Did he eat elephant livers?"

While all those whispers and words mingled, a single voice among the soldiers shouted towards Karsa.

It was a muscular young man with short red hair, black eyes, bear ears on his head, and a small tail behind him. "Oh, so you're the savior of the young lady, then. It's an honor to see you in this humble arena."

Name: Juma.

Race: Human-Bear.

Commander of the Fourth Division of the Duchy of Bamira.

Rank: Warrior.

Juma jumped towards Karsa and stood before him, smiling. "What brings you to this humble arena...?"

Karsa said calmly and respectfully. "I smelled swords and it tempted me,"

Juma laughed, his voice brimming with energy. "Hahaha, of course, as expected from the savior of a young lady."

Then Juma picked up a wooden sword and gave it to Karsa, saying, "Why don't you show us some of your skills? As you can see, we, the Bamira family, revere swords."

Karsa took a wooden sword and raised it towards the sky, saying, "Revere, huh?"

At that precise moment, after years, Karsa moved his body with grace and wielded his wooden sword as if he were fighting hundreds of enemies.

His feet moved in perfect harmony with the direction of his sword, while his hands moved in perfect unison with the sword, as if they were one.

Everyone in the arena watched Karsa's movements, even birds, cats, and insects.

Even weapons, the sky, and the earth began to watch Karsa.

Even existence itself seemed to be watching Karsa, exept the SUN, karsa who was watching it .

And in a final moment, Karsa stood and raised his sword towards the sun, a gesture of ancient defiance that had not yet ended.

Everyone remained silent at the great gestures they witnessed, despite their simplicity.

One of the novice soldiers spoke enthusiastically, "Magnificent moves, young lady's savior!"

Karsa, after laying down his sword, said, "This is by the grace of god .. and please don't throw weapons on the ground; it's an insult to it ."

After Karsa left, everyone returned to their training, except for Juma, who was still standing, amazed by what he had seen.

Suddenly, a great aura and intense pressure enveloped Juma.

Everyone in the arena began to kneel from the force of the pressure until someone cried out, "What's happening?"

A man in his late thirties, who looked like an expert swords, replied, "This is an aura after a long period of stillness... It's... It's a big moment in the life of the Commander... The Commander has reached the rank of SwordMaster!"

That was a moment that revealed just how great Karsa was in the sword,

..... Juma said afterwards, "Karsa doesn't use the sword to become strong; the sword uses Karsa to become strong."
