These strange and exciting looking people came in all shapes and sizes.
Some overly tall and bulky, some with near perfect skin, some even looking like they are made of glass or other precious materials from time to time.
Even those who wear unusual or exaggerated clothing was a sight to see.
The exquisite armor of some unusually small people with large beards. The tall ones with the elegantly well-crafted trench coats with dazzling accessories. Even the group with ridiculously humongous witch and wizard hats.
The entire populace of the town came by to witness them. Despite the huge size of the town, nearly everyone was able to reach this place or are quickly on their way.
As a result, everyone treated the barricades as posts to stand by and watch them walk. Treating them as if they were exotic animals in a zoo.
Despite this, the 5,000 strong kept walking. Some being more composed than others though.
All this was viewed by the mayor as he overlooked everything.
"How are the papers?" he asked one of his secretaries.
"Everything is exactly how you arranged it; it will be all complete by the time they walk inside and settled in." The secretary quickly responded.
The mayor turned his attention to his guards.
Silent, inconspicuous, and most of all deathly loyal.
Whether that loyalty is gained by fervent admiration or binding interests, he did not dissuade or differentiate him.
So long as the loyalty to him is above all else. To the point of standing strong in the face of torture till death to guard his or their own interests. Then nothing else really mattered.
That and having a good head to think is necessary.
They can't reach their position if they remain foolish but loyal, the guards outside would be their fate if that was the case.
"How is the security of the Theater?" said the mayor.
"Everything is complete." said one of the guards.
"Oh? And 'those' people?" The mayor asked again.
"Informed before the lockdown." said another guard.
"Excellent, what about the pigs?" he finally said.
"Those two have been 'processed' and ready for their last bit of value to be used at any time." said a guard.
"Good." is the only words said from the satisfied tone.
The mayor went silent.
The secretaries were silent as well.
And the guards stood in silent order.
Time passes as they wait.
Suddenly, one of the secretaries behind the main secretary had a drastic change in expression.
The mechanism instrument she is holding suddenly started to show various data separate from what was seen before and arrow indicators skyrocketing.
"We have a situation." the secretary said to everyone.
