She texted him briefly that she would be there and threw her phone aside looking for something suitable to wear. She had followed her mother's principle of looking for someone rich and influential to marry and she had long forgotten that money could be earned. She had a monthly allowance of twenty thousand dollars which could be enough for her but she wanted so many luxury stuff that that money was a drop in the sea for her.
She had several boyfriends and one of them included the rich second generation heir that was organizing the party. After fishing herself something to wear, she applied her makeup she was about to leave the house when she received a message from her mother.
(Ava what is going on? Why have your results dropped lower than the last time? At this rate who will hire you? Talk to your dad as soon as you get a chance he is very upset. Meanwhile your b*tach of a sister scored the highest again.)
Ava sneered and kept her phone in her pocket. What so good about scoring high? Ava taught angrily. She didn't want to talk to her dad to ruin her good mood. She was going to marry someone more influential than her father to prove her worth to him. She hailed a cab and went to the room.
