Mumbai, Juhu – Krishna Villa
After celebrating the success of Jab We Met, Krishna started searching for a new movie. He wanted to act in a horror film, and he already knew that in 2007, T-Series was planning Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
Krishna knew the male lead role was still open. He sent Manoj to help finalize the deal. At that time, Akshay Kumar was busy with movies like Welcome and Namastey London, so Krishna chose Bhool Bhulaiyaa as his next film. He personally liked this movie very much.
Manoj returned to Krishna's house and said,
"T-Series has agreed to sign you for Bhool Bhulaiyaa and is offering ₹7 crore. Krishna, your per-movie fees have increased a lot."
Manoj was very happy for Krishna.
Krishna said,
"That's good. Any news about negative publicity or problems with my public image?"
Manoj replied,
"Yes, someone is targeting you with negative PR. This is normal, Krishna. Now that you've become a star, people will definitely try to pull you down. Also, Filmfare called me. They said you must perform at their award show, or they won't give you an award."
Krishna smiled and said,
"Really, Manoj? I don't want to attend these award shows. Winning my first Filmfare award was enough for me. Now I don't need such awards. These days, people don't even care much about them."
"You're right, Krishna. Nowadays awards are like—pay money or attend the show, and they give you a trophy. It feels like buying awards, not winning them."
Manoj said this, and Krishna nodded in agreement.
In his previous life, Krishna had seen the same thing happening even in 2025—awards being given to undeserving people, while more deserving actors were ignored.
Even National Awards, which should be based on meaningful cinema and social impact, now seemed more political than honest. Movies that truly helped people understand real-life problems were often overlooked.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa – Project Details
Manoj and Krishna went through the script and details.
Production House: T-Series
Director: Priyadarshan
Budget: ₹32 Crore
Short Summary:
An NRI, Siddharth, and his wife Avni return to India to stay at their ancestral palace, despite local warnings that it is haunted by the vengeful spirit of a dancer named Manjulika. When strange incidents begin to occur, Siddharth calls his friend, psychiatrist Dr. Aditya Shrivastav, who uses unorthodox methods to uncover whether the events are supernatural or psychological.
After reading everything, Krishna was ready for the project. Manoj left to prepare the shooting schedule.

Jaipur, Rajasthan
Bhool Bhulaiyaa Shooting Location
Krishna was ready in costume. The supporting cast was also prepared. The director announced,
"Camera rolling. Get ready. Action!"
The shooting progressed smoothly.
However, staying inside the palace at night frightened Krishna many times. Horror scenes disturbed his sleep, but he still completed every scene professionally.
The comedy scenes—especially Rajpal Yadav's Chhota Pandit character—made the entire crew laugh repeatedly.
After just 40 days, the movie completed its shooting. Krishna learned a lot about horror-comedy and enjoyed the process deeply. After the final shot, the crew returned home, and post-production began.
Back in Mumbai
Krishna returned home and said,
"Manoj, I want to buy a large piece of land with forests and a peaceful natural environment. Money is not a problem."
Krishna had already invested heavily in stocks, and Manoj managed his finances well, so there was no issue.
"Okay, I'll search and let you know," Manoj said before leaving.
Krishna sat on his sofa, thinking about the future and all the things he still wanted to do.

Krishna Orphanage
Krishna returned to the orphanage and met Shanti Aunty. Many new children had been adopted. Krishna donated money for clothes, food, education, and a better life for the children.
"Hi children, I'm back," Krishna said.
"Brother, you're back!"
All the children ran and hugged him.
Krishna stayed for almost a month, but due to his popularity, many people came to see him. He met fans and signed autographs, but eventually returned to Mumbai, Juhu.
"Being an actor is troublesome. You sacrifice your normal life… good thing I was a writer—oh, no," Krishna joked to himself.

Krishna said to Manoj,
"Let's travel. We are famous across the country now, but I've never really seen India properly."
"Good idea, Krishna," Manoj agreed.
