Chapter 27 - Chapter 27 Preparing for the Aftermath

Chapter 27 Preparing for the Aftermath

Because their teacher, "Putta," was in poor health, the disciples devised a plan and found an oxcart to take him towards Memphis.

The young and carefree Mi, having nothing better to do, gave this black bull with white triangles on its body and markings resembling those of a vulture a name—Apis.

Since Kongs was young, he was allowed to ride on the back of an ox, while the others walked behind.

Throughout the journey, everyone was in low spirits, worried about Teacher "Buda's" health.

But Arahu and Dionysus knew that along the way, many gods would occasionally glance at where they were.

These deities would occasionally exchange greetings when they met.

For example, on the first day, Isis, the goddess of life, and Hathor, the goddess of love and beauty, who were nominally "mother-in-law and daughter-in-law," watched from high above as Aroha went to Memphis to "seek death."

"Aroh, what exactly is this youngest deity doing?"

Hathor initially believed that Aroha, in the city of Fes, had established the so-called "Ptah" school under the guise of a preacher, in preparation for the resurrection of Hades.

Not only her, but many gods thought the same way.

Therefore, no deity stopped him from doing anything.

Until the priests of Memphis banished them, Aroha willingly accepted the banishment and even continued to wander the land of Egypt as a human.

Therefore, the gods realized that this matter had nothing to do with the resurrection of Hades.

Otherwise, with just a word from him, Isis, the goddess of life, Horus, the pharaoh's guardian king, and Anubis, the jackal god, would help him solve all his troubles.

Now that the new temple in Memphis has been built, Aroha has no choice but to return to Memphis to fulfill the promised task of resurrecting Hades.

But judging from his appearance, it seemed as if he was about to put on a performance of "death" like a human being in front of his seven remaining disciples.

This puzzled Hathor, the god of love and beauty, so he asked the goddess of life for an answer.

The goddess of life, Isis, frowned slightly and said, "Perhaps it has something to do with his strange divine realm."

Her magical goddess avatar once entered Aroha's special divine realm, where it was almost powerless to resist.

This made her realize that Aroha was not simply the so-called "god of rebirth".

But she couldn't quite put her finger on what made it "not simple".

"The chaotic initial divine realms on both sides of the Path of Rebirth?"

The cobra goddess, a subordinate deity of Hathor, the god of love and beauty, repeatedly followed Aroha in attempts to resurrect the deceased Egyptian pharaohs and priests.

She even observed the divine realm, which seemed to be a natural artifact, up close several times through the eyes of the Cobra Goddess, but found nothing.

"Forget about him. Goddess Isis, you've been to Nephthys's realm several times. Have you found out what went wrong with her relationship and marriage with Set?"

Isis shook her head: "Nephthys is unwilling to say anything. I will investigate further after Osiris is resurrected."

Hathor, the god of love and beauty, smiled mysteriously, glanced at the passersby on the ground, and returned to his temple.

She had actually already discovered that this matter was related to Arokh, but she would never tell Isis.

She was truly puzzled; what exactly did Seth want to achieve after paying such a high price?

Isis watched Hathor, the goddess of love and beauty, depart, her brow furrowed, and she sighed, "Hatho, in the end, is not a god on the same path as me."

Although Hathor was nominally made the wife of her son Horus by the command of Ra.

However, the two deities never actually spent time together.

Horus's sons who guarded his internal organs were all his offspring with other goddesses.

If she could truly have offspring with Hathor, how could she be so weak?

"Set and Nephthys, Horus and Hathor, they're all trouble!"

The goddess knew in her heart that she would probably have many things to do after her husband Hades was resurrected.

······

Arahu knew that his disciples were not in good spirits, so after they were very close to Memphis, he would call one of them onto the oxcart every day and try to comfort him.

At the same time, it also served as his final act of preaching on earth.

On the first day, the priestess of Arakh, Hatshepsut, the first female pharaoh of Egypt who had been resurrected, was summoned onto the oxcart.

This beautiful woman, who seemed to never age to the Ammon couple and the despairing, showed no sorrow.

She knew that her teacher, "Puta," was the deity Araha, and that unless a divine war broke out, he would not die like a mortal.

Although she didn't know Aroha's intentions, she remained silent and didn't reveal any of the truth.

"Hattepsut, my faithful servant, the temple of the god of miracles may never exist again, and I may very well go far away."

"Your future needs to be rescheduled."

Upon hearing this, the priestess Hatshepsut's face changed drastically: "God, I am willing to serve you forever, please do not drive me away."

Since her resurrection and becoming the priestess of the Arah, she has been homeless in both the earth and the underworld.

She couldn't imagine what she could do after Aroha abandoned her.

Araha shook his head: "Don't get agitated. I'm not driving you away, but offering you temporary accommodation until I return."

"I will initiate a divine war. The worst outcome of this war will be that I will leave Egypt and go beyond the borders. As my priest, you will be implicated and should seek refuge."

Even if the worst-case scenario doesn't occur, and they temporarily retreat to other realms, the divine war might be protracted. Alohha must make plans for his last seven disciples.

"God, I will listen to you."

The priestess was filled with trepidation and awaited Aroha's instructions.

After thinking for a moment, Aroha handed her a wool blanket covered with blood-red petals: "This is a divine artifact. When you are truly desperate, wear it, and a god from beyond the realm will protect you."

Hatshepsut knew the origin of this wool blanket; her god had taken the "first night" of Hebrew women on it.

The mottled bloodstains on the petals were left by those women who received imperial favor.

"In the future, a god named 'Ptah' may appear on the land of Egypt. At that time, you will become the priest of the Temple of Ptah in Memphis."

Hatshepsut was immediately reassured that he would be a priest again, and a priest of the god "Ptah".

She was very familiar with this kind of thing.

After Hatshepsut left with the wool blanket, Aroha couldn't help but sigh.

Indeed, the Aramean can make priestesses gods as well.

But what's the point?

She already had Arokha's help and had no worries about her lifespan; even if she became a god, she would not possess great fighting power.

Aside from prematurely revealing Araha's special abilities and making the gods wary, it offers no other benefits.

Rather than that, it would be better to let her live a peaceful life as an immortal being for the time being.

To ascend to godhood, one also needs sufficient talent.

The man whom Aroh summoned into the oxcart the next day undoubtedly possessed great talent.
