Battler: - Danger Zone
Battler Season 2
The Dunzen kept changing.
Walls moved. Floors collapsed. Monsters evolved mid-battle.
"Left flank!" Aiko shouted.
Too late.
A spike tore through Ryo's side, sending him crashing into rubble.
"RYO!" Toya yelled.
Kenji appeared instantly, cutting the demon down—but blood poured from Ryo's wound.
Aiko dropped to her knees beside him.
"Mighty Healing!"
Green wind wrapped around Ryo's body—but the wound resisted.
Her breathing grew heavy.
"This injury…" she whispered. "It's Dunzen-corrupted."
Kenji clenched his teeth.
Above ground—
Battler Guild leaders argued inside the Tokyo main branch.
"We should withdraw!" one shouted.
"That team is not authorized for S-Rank Dunzen!"
Chairman Mock slammed his cane against the floor.
"If we pull them out now, the Dunzen expands," he said.
"And Tokyo bleeds."
Antares stood beside him, calm. "Permission to deploy reinforcements?"
Mock shook his head. "Not yet."
Back inside the Dunzen—
A massive crystal chamber revealed itself.
At its center stood a towering guardian—stone body, glowing core.
"S-Rank Dunzen Guardian," Aiko said weakly.
Ryo forced himself up, blood dripping. "He's mine."
Kenji grabbed his arm.
"You'll die."
Ryo met his eyes. "Then trust me… just this once."
Kenji released him.
Ryo roared, his body turning white.
Max Bone — Special Transformation!
He charged.
The guardian swung.
Everything went white.
