Blood of Kamio – Chapter 10
Onoki said,
"So it's not that technique? Then which technique is it?"
The first Kamiora replied,
"It's a technique created by our leader."
Onoki was thinking,
"How powerful is the leader of Blood of Kamio?"
On Kamioma's Side
Kamioma summoned two teams of the highest-rank Kamioras.
In the first team was Maro, and in the second team was the second examiner, whose name was Naru.
Each team had 12 members, so there were a total of 24 Kamioras.
Kamioma explained everything to them and assigned them the mission. It was an A-rank mission.
They immediately started moving.
Maro said to Naru,
"On Team 10, there is Onoki."
Naru replied,
"Atomic's friend?"
Maro said,
"Yes."
Naru said thoughtfully,
"I wonder where Atomic is now and what he's doing."
Maro replied,
"I'm thinking the same thing."
On Hat Kamio Village's Side
Onoki and the others launched an attack.
But the first Kamiora easily blocked their attack alone.
Then, with incredible speed, the first Kamiora rushed forward and punched Garo and Kazuma in the stomach. It happened so fast that none of the Kamioras could even see him.
After that, he suddenly used a Kamio technique. A ball of light formed in his hand and instantly exploded.
Everyone was injured except the kamioras of blood of kamio. They had used their Kamio power as a shield.
The first Kamiora said,
"Fighting kids isn't fun."
The second Kamiora said,
"By the way, this is exactly what our leader told us."
The third Kamiora added,
"Yes. The leader said that some young Kamioras from the Light Kamio Village would come here and ask about the controlling technique."
The first Kamiora said,
"At first, I wasn't sure they were from the Light Kamio Village. But after they asked about the controlling technique, I became certain."
The second and third Kamioras said together,
"Us too."
Suddenly, an attack flew toward them. They dodged it and looked at where it came from.
It was Reimer, standing there with an injured body.
Reimer said,
"I haven't lost yet."
Onoki stepped forward as well.
Onoki said,
"Neither have I."
Soon, everyone gathered there again.
The third Kamiora started laughing and said,
"These kids still have motivation? How funny."
Onoki said firmly,
"Everyone, combine your Kamio techniques. If we mix them together, we can release a powerful attack."
Garo replied,
"Good idea."
Everyone used their Kamio techniques together and combined them.
The first Kamiora tried to block the attack with his own Kamio technique, but the combined attack was far too powerful. He couldn't stop it.
The second and third Kamioras rushed in to help, and all three of them used their Kamio techniques together.
Both attacks collided, causing a massive explosion. However, everyone had kept their distance, so no one was harmed.
After that, the two highest-rank Kamiora teams arrived.
Maro asked,
"What was that explosion?"
Shiki replied,
"That was our real power."
Everyone was impressed when they realized how fiercely Team 10 had fought.
Naru stepped forward and began healing everyone.
Maro and the others prepared to fight.
The first and second Kamioras of Blood of Kamio used a Kamio technique together.
Maro stopped the attack with one hand—without using any Kamio technique at all.
Then, with incredible speed, he attacked the first Kamiora using a single Kamio technique. The first Kamiora was defeated in just one second.
Everyone on Team 10 was shocked after seeing this—except Onoki.
Naru said to Team 10,
"Maro is the second strongest Kamiora of the Light Kamio Village."
Onoki already knew this. On the day the village was attacked, Onoki was heading toward the center of the village with Maro.
On the way, they were attacked by fifty extremely powerful Kamioras. Maro defeated all fifty of them alone within five minutes.
However, the masked Kamioras were far stronger, which was why even Maro couldn't defeat them.
