"Didn't I say it would be no problem if I married Master~?"
Reze's words spoke of marriage, but she used an explosion from her back to propel herself forward, launching toward her "beloved" Master at subsonic speeds like a fired missile.
"I'll pass on that. I can't handle that kind of love."
In the middle of Chiya's small talk, the subsonic Reze phased right through his body. He immediately spun around and launched a sweep kick toward her back. Reze anticipated this; she chose that exact moment to detonate all the bombs on her back.
Through the previous exchange, she had gained a deeper understanding of Chiya's devil power. While the ghost-like state was troublesome, he had to solidify to launch an attack. Therefore, her charge was a feint; she was intentionally waiting for his counterattack to trigger the explosion, hoping to catch his solidified body in the blast!
However, while the fantasy was beautiful, reality was cruel. "Kamui" was Chiya's own ability; if Reze could think of it, wouldn't he have thought of it first?

As the sound of the explosion died down, the hope that had just risen in Reze's heart vanished. A fist emerged from the smoke and slammed into her face—or rather, her monstrous head.

"Ahhh~ another troublesome one has arrived..." Reze's tone sounded helpless.
Dealing with Chiya alone had already left her at a total loss; now Shingetsu, who was also difficult to handle, had joined the fray. She realized her mission today was an undeniable failure. She had no choice but to retreat; staying even a moment longer felt life-threatening.
