If it could, the subsequent evolution would be much simpler; but if it couldn't, Finney Hellseg would have to continue hoping for a four-star Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
After shouting and yelling for a while at the edge of the cliff, Finney Hellseg finally summoned the Soul Gem.
"You promised to provide some more energy,"
Finney Hellseg said hurriedly, looking at the glowing Soul Gem.
"This is the last time!"
