Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Taking Human Form and Emerging, Hongjun, the Shame of All Sacred Beings

Time passed, the sun ascended, and the moon descended. On Yujing Mountain, Hongjun was focused on his cultivation.

The essence of the Innate One Qi continuously consumed the Spiritual Qi present in the surrounding atmosphere. Occasionally, a thin stream of purple energy would enter his being from the jade disc of creation.

His energy was persistently increasing in strength.

Nonetheless, these aspects were of lesser importance. The paramount factor was that his Great Dao of Equality was swiftly developing. Upon its completion, he would genuinely earn the title of an Innate Sacred Being.

Currently, he was only in an embryonic stage.

The jade disc of creation was essential to this advancement.

He recognized that the jade disc of creation held the Great Dao of the universe. The energy of the world's Origin present on it was exceptionally powerful, and these components served as superb enhancements for the Dao he was nurturing.

All the Daos inscribed on it transformed into sustenance for the Great Dao of Equality.

This exemplifies the awe-inspiring nature of the jade disc of creation. This Magic Treasure was a remarkable artifact that accompanied Pangu during the world's formation, chronicling the emergence of countless laws and daos at the dawn of heaven and earth. The dao marks representing the world's evolution were all displayed on it.

It could be viewed as having a profound influence on the development and nurturing of the Dao.

In terms of the Realm, such a concept did not exist during this time.

Within the Legacy of Heaven and Earth from The Primordial Beginning, only three levels of classification were established.

Innate Beings, Innate God-Demons, and Innate Sacred Beings ranked in order. Innate Sacred Beings were the most powerful, followed by Innate God-Demons, with Innate Beings being the least formidable. Their abilities were determined from the moment of birth, and any future growth relied on their own efforts in cultivation.

Regarding Divine Abilities and similar concepts, these ideas were even more absurd. The Great Dao encompassed everything.

It was also unfeasible to hasten the pace of cultivation through Cultivation Techniques.

Innate Sacred Beings were the pinnacle of creations within the Honghuang World. Their natural rhythm in breathing and absorbing was inherently an optimal method.

After an indeterminate length of time, a creaking noise came from Hongjun's body. This indicated that his Dao was on the verge of manifesting.

With a sound of cracking, akin to something breaking free from an egg, a distinctive energy emerged between heaven and earth, and a piece of information resonated in an unfathomable manner across the entirety of the Honghuang World.

The God, the first Innate Sacred Being born among heaven and earth, had finally appeared.

The Luck representing the First of All, which existed between heaven and earth, also descended upon Hongjun.

On Mount Sumeru, streams of Heaven and Earth Evil Qi gathered in this locale. From the epicenter of the Evil Qi, an enigmatic voice echoed.

"The first Innate Sacred Being, The God, governs the Great Dao of Great Equality."

What type of being is this, bold enough to stand before me? Truly an impressive opponent! In times to come, he may very well become my adversary as I pave my way to the Dao through destruction.

As he spoke, an aura of devastation began to form around him.

At that moment, Hongjun had fully materialized. The first thing on his mind was to create his facial appearance.

It is true that Innate Sacred Beings have the ability to choose their looks after transforming into human form.

The appearance of Pangu, along with Pangu's visage, seemed to be the optimal choice.

The Great Dao lacks a defined shape. Pangu, who was instrumental in creating the Honghuang World, obviously did not possess a set appearance. He could morph into whatever one envisioned or believed him to be in their heart.

The portrayal of Pangu as a grand figure with a muscular build opening the heavens was merely a reflection of others' perceptions. However, after undergoing Transmigration and gaining the foundational Heaven and Earth Legacy, Hongjun gained clarity.

The Great Dao is formless. Absent any external pressures, one's beliefs shape reality. If one perceives Pangu as a gentle woman, then the image within the World-Opening Imprint will manifest as a woman too.

Hongjun glanced vaguely at the sky. When Pangu created heaven and earth, the world was endowed with the principles of Yin and Yang, unlike the indistinct state of Chaos.

Having resolved not to replicate Pangu's ancient ways and instead follow his own path, he had decided on a gender; however, he still pondered the visage he would take on.

Should he imitate Pangu's form, or should he embrace the aesthetic ideals of his previous existence to craft an attractive face?

Hongjun did not waver and promptly solidified his decision. The distinctions of beauty and ugliness had yet to emerge in the Honghuang World.

As a result, it seemed wiser to follow his instincts and adopt the facial structure he had prior to his Transmigration.

Without further delay, his true essence, the Innate One Qi, began to reshape, and soon enough, it coalesced into a new form: that of a young man.

Ultimately, on Yujing Mountain, the Innate One Qi had dissipated, giving rise to the figure of a young man with pristine white hair and an immaculate visage.

Not defined by beauty or ugliness, but by perfection.

This was the essence of Innate Sacred Beings; concepts of beauty and unattractiveness didn't exist, only perfection and imperfection.

It was evident that Innate Sacred Beings, as the favored beings conceived from heaven and earth, were unmistakably flawless.

However, as Hongjun embraced a human guise and declared his own gender, another wave of Luck descended upon him from the heavens.

At the same time, streams of enigmatic yellow merit rained down from above and enveloped Hongjun.

Male represents Yang, which set the Honghuang World apart from Chaos.

In Chaos, every being was vague and undefined; they had no understanding of gender.

They could represent either gender, capable of endless transformations.

Yet, this initial Innate Sacred Being of the Honghuang World established the concept of gender.

This information was once again disseminated across the Honghuang World by an unexplainable force.

"Hongjun, male, is Yang." What does this even mean? The Innate Sacred Beings that were currently in incubation all expressed disbelief in their gazes.

In a certain part of the Honghuang World, within a valley where Yin and Yang energies combined, at the center, a mass of the Power of Yin and Yang Origin was persistently consuming the Innate Yin and Yang energies.

Above it, the taiji diagram, a World-Opening Treasure, was in communication with the ethereal Chaos. Streams of Chaos Qi were drawn into the taiji diagram and transformed into Innate Yin and Yang energies.

Nevertheless, there were angry outbursts echoing from within the Innate Yin and Yang Origin.

"Disgraceful! The God is merely a shameful figure among us Innate Sacred Beings! As creations of Honghuang, we should associate ourselves with the Creator God Pangu. How dare you try to impose a gender definition?"

These remarks were spoken in disapproval by the incubating Innate Sacred Beings located throughout the Honghuang World.

The reason was solely that Hongjun's approach was too unconventional compared to theirs. They were all focused on finding a form akin to Pangu's to obtain Pangu's Luck, while you took the step to define gender.

At times, being distinct from others means being unconventional.

Nonetheless, opinions varied within the Honghuang World. On Mount Sumeru, Luo Hou, who had just emerged, observed the enigmatic yellow merit atop Yujing Mountain, conflicting emotions evident in his gaze.

This entity was introduced in the Heaven and Earth Legacy and could aid them in their pursuit of the Great Dao. Although Hongjun proclaimed one gender, since the heavens and earth are divided into Yin and Yang, should he not specify the gender associated with Yin?
