Explosions of purple light lit up the city and the sky's along side a ragefull yell screaming through the air, this was Ralfold's screaming, and he wasn't doing well at all. Ralfold was filled with raged as he ran, flew and dodged every sword that fell down his way. His eyes were filled with veins, and his cheeks were also bulging out veins with rage. Explosions destroyed the city around them, giant swords flew down at speeds hundreds of times that of light, Ralfold on the other hand ran, dodged and even punched through the swords flying at him. He stopped for a moment before he jumped into the air all the way to the Drive Knight attacking him "AAAAAAH!", he roared out before clashing swords with it again. They started to clash their swords at terrifying levels of speeds, sending slashes flying all over the air and overall just fighting violently. As they fought like this, Ralfold gathered destructive energy into his sword and blasted it at the Drive Knight, sending the Drive Knight flying through the streets and districts. Ralfold flew after it and started hitting it around with his sword, every hit was a powerful and violent one. He was smacking it around unil he decided to start launching destructive energy blasts at it. The Drive Knight saw the attacks coming and was able to block a few of them until Ralfold swopped in, crashed into it and threw it at the outskirts of the city they were in before flying after it. The Drive Knight crashed into the grounds of the wastelands, debries flying everywhere. Flying downwards came Ralfold, he and the Drive Knight grabbed each other by the arms and tried to overpower one another. As this happened, Ralfold was filled with rage "HHHNG! HNHH! HNNN! HOW DARE THEY USE YOU LIKE THIS?! REPLICATING YOUR ABILITY INTO AN UNFEELING MACHINE! TURNING YOU INTO A WEAPON OF MASS DESTUCTION AGAINST YOUR OWN WILL!", he growled with rage until he scremed "AAAAAAH!". When he did so, his destructive energy grew wilder, the Drive Knight's arms started to heat up before boasting Ralfold with am intense level of power. The attack sent Ralfold flying accross the wastelands, the Drive Knight flew after him, it's arms turned into swords. Ralfold was stunned, but still filled with rage. His hands turned into pure destructive energy in the shape of a beast's claws and then let out powerful slashes at it. A devastating explosion of both energies erupted, the Drive Knight was able to swat Ralfold's slashes away, but Ralfold came in and crashed into it. Another explosion of power surged through the wastelands, Ralfold and the Drive Knight were having another devastating sword fight. Their sword fighting was much more brutal and violent than before, each strike was causing their energies to rain down like lightning. The wastelands around them was nothing but chaotic, debries flew everywhere, mountains got destroyed, every part of the country was shaking. It wasn't just due to their fight, but the fight of all the other top tier solidiers from Kagahara fighting against whatever enemy that blocked their way. Ralfold suddenly remembered he and Cid sitted down together on a hill as they looked down at the city on a bright day "See all this, Ralfold? This peaceful state we're in? We'll both protect it, no matter what.", he also remembered Cid saying "We solidiers exist to protect whatever's important to us by all means necessary. We fight, destroy enemies and try our best to survive for our nations. Let's continue to do that.". As Ralfold and the Drive Knight fought brutally and relentlessly, Ralfold thought to himself "Cid! We made a promised that no matter what, we'd protect Kagahara! Right now, you're the enemy, my enemy. And you're about to disrupt the peace the city has. I'm sorry, but I cannot allow that. Even if you're being used against your will, I can't allow that!". As they kept flying, the ended up in the city that they were once fighting at. The Drive Knight blitzed in, jumped above Ralfold and then kicked him with its foot through a building. The building crumbled, it's debries and glass falling down. Ralfold was still standing, but he was almost on his knees too. His knuckles were badly injured, a side of his body was bleeding very badly, and his head was also bleeding. Ralfold muttered "Damn it! It's no use. This thing....Cid. You're too strong.", he covered his face, his tone changed to that of sadness and regret "They really got him down to the bone. His fighting style. Everything!". He looked up and realised that the Drive Knight was also very injured as well, parts of its body was starting to fall apart, it couldn't hold itself up much longer. Ralfold kept on breathing heavily until his body started brewing with destructive energy, a ball of his destructive energy formed on his palm and was exhibiting dangerous amounts of power. The Drive Knight above created a giant hammer made out of swords, spikes filled the hammer and purple energy crackled all over it like uncontrollable lightning. It's body was starting to fall off "With the way it looks, your body can't last long. You're starting to reach your limit, but you're not going down without killing me. Are you, Cid?". The Drive Knight stretched its weapon higher and higher, ready to attack Ralfold, Ralfold's ball of destructive energy continued to grow with more power. As they continued to charge up more power, Ralfold scoffed "Hm. If I don't die here, I don't know what will kill me.". Before he knew it, Ralfold saw himself in a white Void with Cid. Both Ralfold and Cid appeared to look like when they were kids of 13 years old. Ralfold blinked with confusion, Cid looked at him with a warm smile "You've grown stronger, Ralfold. We might not be the ultimate team, but you better be the ultimate solider. Got it?", Ralfold scoffed "Hm. Sure.". An explosion of both black and purple energy blasted through the place, destroying the city into nothing but rubble and ash, as well as killing the citizens and knights that were in the city "AHH! RUN!", one man screamed before getting obliterated while the rest tried to use whatever powers or techniques they had in order to escape. The explosion lasted for minutes, Ralfold was in a void looking at the Drive Knight getting slowly obliterated right infront of him "Good bye, my friend.", he said. The explosion settled, and the dust cleared. Ralfold was standing victorious, his hands bleeding and almost being torn apart. The bones of his hands showing as well, the skin of his hands slowly ripping off, and his gauntlets breathing "Damn it! I'm all out of energy....!". As Ralfold was about to fall to the ground, he heard Suzuha's voice whisper with sadness"Please, help me!".
