Above in the skies of the city below them, Reggie and Jeffrey were having an intense battle. They zoomed around at top speeds, went blow for blow with one another, and were slamming themselves accross buildings. Jeffrey let out a terrifying yell with a wild smile on his face "AAAAH!", he looked like a killing machine. Reggie also had a wild smile on his face "Ahh!", he exclaimed before matching Jeffrey's punch. Both soliders continued to fight in air until Jeffrey kicked Reggie straight to the ground, but fortunately, Reggie was able to create a shield for himself to block the hit. Reggie took a backflip to the ground, turned his legs into rockets and then jumped straight into the air. He wondered to himself "This guy, he's similar to me. He's capable of morphing his body parts into mechanical part. But unlike him, the mechanical parts that come out of my body instantly form a weapon I want to create.". As he flew at top speed, he asked "Jeffrey, where did you get an ability like that? I know that's not your actual ability, neither is it a technique.", Jeffrey's smile widened "AS IF I'LL TELL YOU THAT!", he growled and proceeded to blast powerful beams of energy at Reggie with his arms morphed into cannons. Reggie created a robotic sword with metal pieces forming together on his hand, he smirked wildly "THEN DONT TELL ME!", he yelled before cutting the beams with a swing "I'LL FIND OUT ON MY OWN!", Reggie yelled. Reggie thought to himself "I can create anything out of nothing with robotic parts that i draw out from my body. But when I'm starting to go out of control, my body slowly turns into that of a robot. He and I are similar in a way, but from the looks of it, his body is enhanced.". Jeffrey's smirk was still wild, he looked at Reggie "Still trying to figure me out?!...", he zoomed down at a speed ten times that of his previous speed "HUH?!". Reggie smirked "Nah, I've already done that.", before Jeffrey had realised it, he saw small but powerful bombs around him in the air. All the bombs started to glow white "What the...?", Jeffrey muttered. The bombs detonated [BOOM], another powerful explosion in air, each one capable of disintegrating mountains. Reggie was floating in air with a smirk on his face "I didn't go all out with that, I know you withstood it.". The smoke cleared, Jeffrey was still in air, his burnt parts were slowly starting to reattach themselves to his body. Reggie's eyes narrowed "I knew it. Nano tech! His body is gluing together like small pieces of metal, which means he's a cybernetic human.", he continued to wonder "But it doesn't make sense. A person's body shouldn't be able to absorb nanotechnology, that person would die. His blood streams and part of his DNA should have been overwritten, and that would take lots of time, not to mention that the person's brain would function like part robot more times that it will act human. It should be obvious.". Reggie looked at him with an amused smirk, hands in his pockets "What kind of things did they do to you? I mean, turning a person into some kind of part man part robot would have to result in the person first dying before their bodies can tolerate mechanical parts.", Jeffrey smirked, his body had finished regenerating. He looked at Reggie with a mocking smirk "Ah? You're interested? Didn't think you'd be able to understand how this new ability of mine works. Although, you're one to talk....". Reggie's smirk widened with excitement"Hah!", Jeffrey said to him "You're just like me too. You're capable of turning your body parts to robotic parts. What's up with that?", he asked. Reggie replied "Oh, that? It's an ability I was born with. Nothing much.", Jeffrey tried to make fun of him "Hm? An ability you were born with? You sure somebody didn't do anything to your body from birth?", Reggie replied "Ah, I'm absolutely sure.". Reggie asked with a smirk "Wanna go another round? I've been holding back for a while.", Jeffrey scoffed "Hah!". Suddenly, energy started to rush out of his body "Holding back... huh?", his body started to turn into that of a robot. His hands were sharp, his eyes glowed red, he started to have spikes petruding from his back "Okay then, Reggie Lancer. Let's see what you've got. Don't dissapoint me now!". Reggie scoffed and muttered "I should be telling you that.", two sharp daggers made from robot parts appeared on his hands. Suddenly, Reggie and Jeffrey started blitzing around the city at dangerous levels of speeds, clashing with each other and causing devastating explosions of power in air. They were showing extreme levels of skills and power in their fight. Jeffrey made an attempt to kick Reggie on the skull and straight to the ground, but Reggie appeared above him, his daggers turned into blasters "Haha!", he laughed excitedly before blasting Jeffrey to the ground and flying after him. Reggie caught up to him and started darting around the place, hitting Jeffrey from side to side all over the air. Reggie laughed with excitement before slamming Jeffrey to the ground again and chasing after him. As Reggie flew after Jeffrey, his face smiling like a mad man, Jeffrey growled with aggression. His face looked wild and deranged, his robotic arms turned into cannons and fired powerful beams at Reggie "DIE!", he yelled out. Reggie flew down, a crazy smile on his face, he started to dodge the beams flying after him. The beams weren't just flying at him, they were also chasing after him as well, each beam caused powerful explosions in the city around them. Reggie took to the ground and started running as fast as he could while dodging the explosions "This guy.....! He's just as strong or almost as strong as an A-rank. And in terms of speed, he's way faster than light. By a hundred times.", the smile on Reggie's face grew wilder, he couldn't controll himself. Reggie exclaimed "AAAAAAH!", rocket boots materialized on his legs as he proceeded to shoot forward "IM GOING TO KILL YOU!", he yelled as he dashed off three times his previous speeds. Jeffrey yelled as he went in for a punch "I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY!", Reggie punched him on the face "TOO SLOW!", he scremed with joy. The ground below them shattered instantly.
