A few years back, Ranpo(18 years old), and Kojin(18 years old), stood together in the training grounds with Olivia(14 years old) right into of them. Kojin asked with a cold and tired tone "You called us all out here. What do you want?", Olivia replied "Awn, you don't have to act so grumpy to me. I only want to show you something I've been working on.". Ranpo scratched his head "You might want to hurry it up. Kojin and I are pretty tired.", Olivia giggled "Sure.". She drew a magic circle below her and started to perform hand signs and say incarnations "Yuna. Mayko. Kàŕaskaviķ. §ôŷvuÿṣ̌ƁÈÞ!", the magic circle she had drawn had started to glow with a golden light as she performed her technique. Ranpo and Kojin watched her, both of them concentrated on her performed. Olivia created a rod of golden energy and stretched it upwards "RAIN OF LIGHT!", she called out. Suddenly, golden beams of light appeared in air, Kojin and Ranpo were alarmed by this "Olivia! Wait!", Ranpo said to her with caution. Olivia was too excited, she waved her hand down "DROP!", she gave her command. Currently, in the war, Ukina's [RAIN OF LIGHT], technique was falling down like rain. Explosions of golden light consumed the wastelands around them, mountains were crumbled to nothing, hills and valleys were destroyed and vaporized in mere moment. The smoke had finally cleared, Ranpo and Kojin were extremely injured. Their arms were bleeding, along side their heads, they were also breathing heavily as well. Ranpo asked "Are you okay, Kojin?", Kojin responded "Do I look okay?", Ranpo replied "Guess not.". Ukina brought down her spear that she had stretched up into the air to perform the rain of light technique. Ranpo and Kojin were still trying to catch their breath before standing straight, both of them looked serious as they stared at Ukina. Ranpo asked "Where did you learn that technique from?!", Ukina kept quiet, her mask crumbling "This is bad.", she thought. Ranpo's eyes narrowed "I'm asking you a question, and you're going to answer me! Where did you learn that technique from? Who thought you that?!", Ukina kept quiet for a moment before she replied "And how does that information benefit you? Why does my persona matter to you? We came here to fight, not to talk. So let's skip the chit chat and go back to killing each other, shall we?". Ranpo's eyes were shadowed, he asked Kojin "Kojin. Olivia, didn't she have a technique like that?", Kojin responded "She did. Matter of fact, she didn't need to use hand signs or incarnations anymore. She performed the technique to its absolute max.". Kojin's eyes narrowed while looking at Ukina "Which is why I've beeb suspicious for a while. Back when this masked lasy invaded the city, her energy seemed familiar. Her presence felt like something I've known, only stronger. And how she was able to get past Kagahara's alarms with triggering them? It could have been her undetected movement, or the use of her portals, but it's all the same. There's only one person we know who can get past traps without anymore noticing at all.". Ranpo looked forward, his eyes gleamed with seriousness "Kojin, one more question. Did we ever find her body?", Kojin replied coldly "No, we didn't. We searched for three hours without realising it. Stood back for two hours to figure out where her body was as we balled our eyes out. Spent another four hours looking for her before we could conclude that she was dead.". Ranpo looked firm and serious, he was almost angry "So you're saying her energy felt familiar. Her techniques are the same as the one we just saw. She can easily slip through barriers, and we couldn't find her body at all. All that tracks to this Ukina we are looking at right here.", Ranpo and Kojin were dead silent, both their eyes looked firm and angry. Ranpo tried to say something "Olivi-", he couldn't complete his sentence before he heard claping [CLAP! CLAP! CLAP! CLAP!". Ranpo and Kojin were a bit confused and caught off guard "Well, done, you actually figured it out. You two are as splendid as always. Figuring who I might be and connecting the dots.". Ukina took off her crumbling mask, not to the point where you'd see her face, she sighed "Ah! Really. I bought this mask from an item shop, it's made from a material that could withstand powerfull attacks that rival A-rank level explosions. Apparently, it was supposed to be battle grade though.", she drew the mask down "Looks like you were really trying to kill me, Ranpo.". Kojin's eyes looked firm and cold "Are you kidding me?", he muttered, Ukina dropped down her already destroyed mask "What a pain. You both really are a pain.", she packed up her hair, her body shape started to reflect from the clothes she was wearing "Took you long enough to realise it was me. You bone heads!", she drew out her tounge to make fun of them "MWHEEEH!". Kojin and Ranpo still had their cold expressions on their faces "You've got to be joking.", Kojin said coldly, Ranpo looked at her and asked "Olivia, is that you?". Ukina replied with a head tilt and and arrogant frown "I don't own that name anymore. The name's Ukina now.", Ranpo had a cold sweat drip down his face "So you were alive all this whole time....!", he said with anger. Ranpo gritted his teeth, his tone starting to become angrier "You were alive all this time, and you couldn't come back?! How dare you play with us like that?". Kojin stood up straight, rubbing off the blood on his mouth and face, Ranpo continued to gritt his teeth with anger "Why?! We were worried sick about you! We felt agony about your death for weeks! We built a grave for you! So why?!", Ranpo yelled with anger "WHY DIDN'T YOU COME BACK TO US?!", Ukina yelled back "STOP YELLING AT ME!", both their energies flared out of their bodies. Mountains were crumbled due to the force of their power, the land they stood on was trembling and breaking open. Rocks were floating, the air seemed heavier. Suddenly, both Ranpo and Ukina calmed down, their energy's reduced and disappeared. Ranpo grabbed his face, his tone breaking down "Why? Why did you make us feel that way?! Why.... did you do that to us?!". Kojin's eyes looked at Ranpo with sadness before looking at Olivia "Well? Are you going to tell us or not?", he asked. Olivia took her time to think "Why....?", she looked at them with a straight face mixed with annoyance "Because Kagahara is nothing but bullshit!".
