"How was it, Jinman?" Pasin asked as soon as Jinman entered their Cielo.
Pasin was way too excited.
"Calm down. Why are you acting like a girl, man?" He said jokingly.
"I feel so happy that my man is talking to a girl for the first time in a normal way. I am way too happy for you too, Pasin," he said, giving him a man hug.
"It went brilliant, but she seemed scared of me," the Jinman said.
"Duh! She would be," Pasin said.
"I know! I wanted her to be afraid of me earlier, but I don't want that anymore. I want her to be fearless when she's around me. I want to see her smile."
"Jinman, it takes time. I don't think she's the type to throw herself at you at first sight. You have to work hard to convince her."
Jinman nodded in agreement. He paused for a while and asked Pasin, "Do you think I deserve her?"
"Obviously, bro! You both are a perfect match," Pasin replied without thinking.
"Be honest, Pasin. Tell me the truth," Jinman asked curtly.
Pasin wondered whether he should be honest or not.
"If you want me to be honest, then you don't deserve her, Jinman. She's way too pure compared to you. But she definitely deserves you; she will bring you every good thing one needs in life,you need her Jinman,don't let her go no matter what,even if she pushes you away.
Jinman thought for a while. "But if I am selfish to go for her, don't you think it will be selfish to force her to be with me?" Jinman asked.
"It will be. But, Jinman, I would be worth it. No one can love and care for her more than you," Pasin insisted.
Jinman nodded, seemingly convinced.To prove his point,he added: "I am sure you wouldn't approve of any man touching her other than you."
Jinman snapped towards Pasin, jealous over the thought of the "imaginative man." "I will kill him!" he said deeply.
Pasin only smiled.
"So now, you tell me: If you can't imagine her being with somebody else,do you think you can stay away from her? I repeat, Jinman, you need her."
"Okay, but what should I do to impress her? I have zero experience in such things," Jinman confessed.
"That's why I am here, Jinman. I have a lot of experience," he bluffed, although he was at the same level as Jinman when it comes to relationship matters. "If I were in your position, I would have forced her to marry me and make her mine. But since you want to do the courtship thing, I have some plans."
"Okay!" Jinman said excitedly.
"You will have to carry the relationship with her just as any other normal couple. Firstly, dinner, then dates, then trips, then a romantic area where you can confess how you feel and ask her to marry you. Tadaa! She's yours!" Pasin said excitedly.
Jinman's eyes lit up. "That sounds easy."
"Yup, bro, but you should shower her with gifts—women love surprises too. That won't be a problem at all. I will give her everything. I can't believe how excited I am about this," Jinman confessed.
"Love can do strange things, Jinman; it's just the beginning. She will change you into a totally different person without your realizing it. She will bring out the best in you, and trust me, you will love the new you," Pasin said.
Jinman smiled but said nothing. He went to his room and laid down on his bed. There was no way he was going to catch any sleep tonight because of the kiss. Even if it was just on the cheeks. He turned off the light and started fantasizing about her in the dark.
