Hearing Smith's words, Fox was stunned. That day had seen countless things she could hardly comprehend.

"Quick, let me try that Combat Efficiency Detector you mentioned. Is it really that amazing?Let's see how strong my combat power is."

Smith turned to Fox, and soon the screen displayed a combat power value: 6.

Seeing the number, Smith was unsurprised. Although Fox was physically stronger than John Wick, his gun skills were superior. In terms of raw physicality, the gap between them wasn't that significant.

"6 points."

Fox blinked, unsure, and asked,"Is that high or low?"

Smith paused, then replied,"It's one or two points above an average person. Compare for yourself."

With that, Smith removed the Combat Efficiency Detector and handed it to Fox. She put it on and looked at Smith Doyle in front of her. The numbers on the device jumped for a moment before locking onto a value.

"Smith, your combat power is 9. Nine points."

"That's 1.5 times higher than mine. Let's check others' combat power."

Fox turned her gaze toward the fight inside the church. The device scanned and displayed a humanoid figure with a corresponding combat power.

"Five o'clock.""Now also at five o'clock.""Oh my God, there's one at three o'clock too!""John Wick also has 6 points… how is that possible?""I think killing him wouldn't be too hard for me."

After testing it, Fox removed the device and returned it to Smith.

Smith put the device back on and explained,"This Combat Efficiency Detector primarily measures bio-energy.The higher the bio-energy, the stronger the combat power. If someone's bio-energy exceeds their opponent's by 1.3 times, they can achieve an overwhelming victory. As for thinking it would be easy to defeat John Wick—that's because our Assassin League's combat techniques are exceptionally refined. Such skills cannot be measured in numbers."

Hearing this, Fox understood the basis on which the device evaluated combat effectiveness.

As she marveled at the practicality of the device, John Wick finished his fight. Two women ran out of the church, and thick smoke soon rose from within.

"Smith, John seems to have set the place on fire. That must have caused Vigo substantial losses."

Smith nodded, but neither of them cared about the burnt cash, antiques, artwork, or the evidence of collusion between Vigo Tarasov and government officials.

Under their watchful eyes, John Wick also emerged—but he didn't leave; instead, he chose an ambush position.

Watching John Wick's actions, Fox said,"You know, I'm beginning to admire this guy. He really has a knack for business."

John Wick hid in an abandoned container outside the church, unaware that Smith and Fox were on a nearby rooftop.

Soon, Vigo received a call from survivors in the church. He drove there with his men, entered the basement to check the situation, and stormed out, furious. He immediately shot and killed the priest who had opened the underground vault for John Wick.

"Damn it! Everything's burned to ashes."

Vigo cursed and turned to his advisor, who also doubled as a lawyer."Is there any way to salvage this?"The advisor shook his head."Vigo, you know what was in the basement, right?"

"That money… it's nothing."

John Wick's actions had infuriated Vigo.

From the shadows, John Wick emerged, holding a CA-415 assault rifle made by Kohari Weaponry, and began firing at Vigo's men.

Rat-tat-tat!

The gunfire erupted. Vigo turned to see one of his men fall, hit by John Wick's bullets.

He knew John Wick had come for him, so he ducked behind a car for cover.

"Damn it, return fire!"

His men immediately drew their weapons and engaged John Wick. He used surrounding cars as cover, firing intermittently.

Unfortunately, Vigo's men were poor marksmen, despite their advanced training in target recognition. They couldn't hit John Wick, and many of them were killed.

Fox, watching through binoculars, commented,"These gang members are terrible shots. They're wasting bullets and dying for it."

Smith nodded in agreement."John Wick is a retired Marine. He earned the nickname 'Demon of the Night' at the Continental. Without superhuman skill, he wouldn't be alive today.

Before his retirement, he was loyal to Vigo's Russian mob. He completed an impossible task and earned his retirement—but it led his own son into this mess…"

During their conversation, John Wick had killed eight of Vigo's men but was unlucky—he was struck by a car triggered by one of Vigo's lieutenants.

Crash!

John Wick was hit and thrown but didn't die; he was knocked unconscious.

Fox, witnessing this, said,"Smith, your subject is about to die."

Smith smiled."Don't worry. He won't die."

After the gunfire ceased, Vigo ordered John Wick to be tied up and taken to a warehouse for questioning. Fox was momentarily speechless.

"Vigo's insane. He didn't even kill John."

Smith said,"When you face an enemy, even if they're unconscious, you must immediately eliminate them.Too much nonsense gives the enemy a chance to turn the tables."

I wonder how Vigo would feel if he knew his unnecessary actions not only endangered his life but also his son's.

Smith and Fox followed Vigo and his men, hiding outside a warehouse window. Using Smith's skills, they made no sound.

Vigo ordered his men to tie John Wick to a chair and confiscate all his weapons. He also discovered a Dragon Ball on John.

Looking at it, Vigo complained,"What's this? A child's toy?"

He casually tossed it onto a pile of John's weapons, which included three knives, four pistols, and two grenades.

Unaware of its power, Vigo had no idea what he was discarding.

As John slowly regained consciousness, Vigo said,"John, let me tell you—my men will tear you to pieces."

A chair was placed opposite John, and Vigo stepped forward, preparing to deliver a long-winded speech.
