The remaining Iron Vultures members looked toward where Bloodstain lay motionless before staring back at West.
Fear began replacing their determination.
One person took a step backward, another lowered his weapon while someone turned and ran.
That single action shattered what little resolve remained.
Within moments, the remaining Iron Vultures members began retreating in every direction.
Nobody wanted to become the next casualty.
Only Bloodstain's right-hand man remained.
His expression was a mixture of fury, grief and disbelief.
Without saying a word, he appeared beside Bloodstain's body, carefully lifted his fallen leader onto his shoulder, and turned toward West one final time.
His eyes burned with hatred. "I will remember this day..."
