The woman slowly nodded despite knowing he couldn't see her. "The one responsible is called West Einstein."
"I see," the young man's voice became even quieter. "...He won't enjoy what comes next."
After the line went dead, the elderly woman lowered her phone.
For the first time since arriving at the hospital... a faint smile appeared across her face.
She looked back through the observation window at her unconscious son.
"Don't worry, Matthew..." her voice was barely above a whisper. "You just focus on surviving."
She rested a hand against the cold glass. "Your brother is coming."
"And that psychopath..."
"...West Einstein..."
"...will answer for what he's done."
