Chapter 4 - Chapter #4.– The Duty of a Demon-Maid.

Aoi took the pen and, with clear indifference written all over her face, pierced the tip of her index finger to sign with her blood.

"Alright… signed…" the girl said, her tone obviously fed up.

"Excellent!" Sharon celebrated. "Now you have two demon-maids by your side, but don't worry. I don't know what that other demon's contract contains, but I'm sure my clauses will completely crush it… and…" she said, fixing Aoi with a sharp gaze. "Your soul will surely be under my command after your final breath," she added dramatically without breaking eye contact.

"Wait a moment…" Aoi said, somewhat hesitant. "Uh… the other one is my maid, yeah… but… um, will you be a maid in my home? I mean, I don't have much space, you know…" she added nervously.

"Oh! Little… Aoi…" Sharon said, suddenly releasing a curtain of red smoke like an explosion, and from it she emerged fully transformed into a human. "That's something you'll decide when the time comes; don't worry…" she added with a mischievous smile.

"Mmh… I see…" Aoi replied indifferently, even though the red mist was still swirling between them.

"Alright…" Sharon took the lead and snapped her fingers; everything around them returned to normal. "Miss Amamiya, I won't take any more of your time. You may return to work…" she said, pretending to be her boss again. But just as Aoi turned halfway around, Sharon spoke once more. "Don't mention anything you saw today. That would break the contract, and believe me… there won't be an angel who can protect you if you fail to do your part. My clauses are perfect…" she murmured.

Aoi remained indifferent, said nothing, and left the office without another word. When she closed the door, her mind descended into chaos.

"Angel? What did she mean by that? Perfect clauses?" Aoi overthought as she leaned against the office door. Then she grabbed her head with both hands and messed up her hair. "Argh! I just want to go back to my cubicle and have this shitty day end already!" she muttered to herself, ruffling her hair in frustration.

Aoi left her boss's office and ran into the receptionist.

"Look at you, a living reflection of me—disheveled, crushed by life, and abused by the boss…" the woman said while looking at her indifferently.

"Yeah… I guess. Everyone in this company is like that…" Aoi replied.

After a brief exchange of bored looks and a shared sigh, Aoi continued toward her cubicle.

Aoi rode down the elevator, thinking about everything that had happened—and it wasn't even noon yet.

"11:53 a.m… Ugh! I don't get off until three in the afternoon, and I already have two fucking bitches begging for my damn soul!" she screamed internally. "Damn it… I've already signed contracts without reading them… Am I really such a boring human being that this is the most interesting thing that's ever happened to me?" she reflected for a moment. "My life is trash…" she added with a deep sigh.

While Aoi lamented her life, outside the city the skies began to swirl. People sensed that something was wrong and looked up. Suddenly, when the clouds collided and darkened, a massive gray magical seal appeared, illuminating the city with indescribable runes.

Smoke soon poured out of the seal like thick fog, completely covering the city. People froze in suspense. After a few minutes of tense silence, a roar echoed, and the massive fog dissipated, revealing a gigantic monster.

"Roar!" the monster bellowed, its echo shaking the city. People began to run, fleeing from it like ants escaping a giant.

The creature had brown, scaly skin, a lion's mane, and a thick beard. All the hair on its face was white, and its fangs were yellow and grotesque. It wielded a massive kanabo that caused earthquakes with every swing.

Aoi was stepping out of the elevator when she noticed a news broadcast on the television on her way to her office. Within minutes, people everywhere were recording videos with their phones of the thing attacking the city.

"What is that thing?" "Oh my God! It's huge!" "Where is this happening?" the employees murmured anxiously as they gathered around the TV.

"Ugh…" Aoi sighed indifferently. "Whatever it is, I hope it comes and destroys the office… maybe they'll give us some vacation time while they fix it…" she added with dark sarcasm, ignoring what was coming.

At that moment, a strong tremor hit, and the threatening roar could be heard in the distance. Aoi lost her balance and fell to the ground, covering her head with both hands as everything around her collapsed.

"I was joking! I was joking! That's not true! That's not true!" Aoi screamed internally. "Don't come! Don't come!"

The shaking stopped, and Aoi felt a sense of relief.

"Phew! I thought something… something bad was going to happen…" she thought.

Then another tremor followed—lighter, rhythmic. Footsteps.

"No, no, no, no, no, no…" Aoi thought as she saw the thing approaching, slowly destroying everything in its path. "Something big and dangerous is happening in the world… and the worst part…" she whispered to herself. "It's getting closer…"

Her perception of reality warped. Despite everyone running, screaming, clogging elevators and emergency exits, for her there was only sepulchral silence.

"Monster… monster, son of a bitch…" Aoi thought as she clearly saw the giant creature in the distance.

People ran beneath its feet. It was already in sight—very close to the building where Aoi worked.

"So… this is the end, huh… heh-heh…" she said with forced seriousness, which quickly crumbled into despair. "But… but… I didn't do anything. I didn't live. I didn't fall in love, didn't have a boyfriend, didn't make great friends, didn't travel or see the world… and this… this… this is the fucking end!" Aoi cried as the monster loomed over her.

"Charging!" a voice shouted from afar in the sky, echoed countless times. "Beam… Scream Burstooooooaaaaaaahh!"

It was Velya.

She wore her maid uniform, her demon wings fully spread, more than twice the size of her body. She fired a laser at the giant creature, its blast radius far wider than the monster itself.

The monster didn't scream or move. It was engulfed by the beam, which began purple and soon turned white from its sheer power.

The air roared. Windows around Aoi exploded, and the light reached her—but luckily, a red energy bubble protected her from being incinerated.

After the explosion, nothing remained—only a crater and a thick cloud of dust where a prosperous city once stood. Above it, a clear blue sky framed by clouds that avoided the blast zone, and at the center, a lump of charred flesh reduced to ashes—the remains of the monster.

Aoi stood stunned among the rubble.

"I did it! I did it! I protected you! I protected you! That makes me a good maid, right?" Velya exclaimed cheerfully, unaware of the magnitude of what she had done.

"Y–Y–You…! You…! You r-re-reduced…! You reduced that gigantic son of a bitch to… to… a fucking mountain of shit, just by screaming at it!" Aoi yelled in shock. "Wait! You followed me to work even after I told you not to!" she added angrily, scolding Velya.

Velya simply looked around, stuck out her tongue, and smiled.

"Sorry…" the demon girl said sheepishly, smiling innocently.

"Well… you saved me. If it weren't for that magical crap that protected me, I'd be dead from your own attack…" Aoi admitted, somewhat relieved.

"Magical crap?" Velya repeated, confused.

"Yeah, some… thing protected me… a… uh… I don't know how to explain it," Aoi tried.

"A red force field. That's what protected you," a third voice interrupted. "My red force field, by the way…"

"Uh… yeah… that," Aoi said as she turned.

It was Sharon—Aoi's boss—floating high in the air on glowing red platforms formed from her own power. Beside her was Celes, trapped inside an energy bubble, floating and spinning while kneeling in midair.

"Oooh… I'm getting dizzy…" she complained.

"W–W–W–What the fu—!" Aoi exclaimed, wide-eyed.

"So she's the other one, huh… how fun. You know… I can offer you more—much more—than what this girl does…" Sharon said sweetly, her voice low, feminine, and elegant as she descended toward Aoi and Velya.

"Better, you say?! What do you have that I can't offer in a contract?!" Velya shot back defensively.

"I have money. Lots of it. Several companies at my disposal, multiple mansions around the world, and travel too," Sharon said arrogantly. "And… by the way, I'm stronger than you, prettier, taller, curvier, with thicker thighs…" she continued, stepping closer menacingly, until she pressed her breasts against Velya's. "…And I have bigger boobs than you."

The two pressed chest to chest, breasts colliding like a bizarre duel.

Velya didn't back down. She pushed harder, arching her back and thrusting her chest forward.

"They're 102 centimeters of pure boob power! You'll never beat that, mommy!" Velya declared confidently.

"Oh-ho-ho-ho!" Sharon laughed mockingly. "Little doll… I've got four centimeters more than you. Clearly, mine are bigger."

"My fist is definitely bigger than your mouth!" Velya shouted angrily.

"Try it, second-rate maid… try it!" Sharon roared back.

"Oh, damn it…" Aoi groaned. "Stop fighting already!"

"Oh—yes—sorry…" Velya said, immediately turning toward Aoi.

"Yes… I apologize as well for the altercation…" Sharon said, feigning politeness.

Aoi hesitated for a moment.

"It's true… they're both my demon-maids…" she thought. A daring smile formed on her face as her thoughts spiraled wildly. "As long as I'm alive, they're both at my service! That's right—they're my demon-maids!"

"Ahem!" Aoi cleared her throat. "Alright! I'm the one in charge here!"

"Of course! You're the boss! And I'm your loyal maid!" Velya declared, rushing forward to hug Aoi tightly.

"Mmph! Wait! Velya! I can't breathe!" Aoi complained as Velya pressed her chest against her face.

"Mmh… that's true…" Sharon murmured as she approached, her heels echoing. "The contract also obligates me to be your maid…" she said, pressing her body against Aoi from behind.

"What?! You too?!" Velya shouted furiously.

"That's right, bargain-bin maid! Miss Aoi signed an exclusive contract with me! Soon you'll be nothing more than a second-rate maid!"

"That won't happen! Aoi likes me more!" Velya yelled.

"For now. But once she sees what I can offer, she'll choose me—and her soul will be mine!"

"That won't happen! Her soul will be mine because she likes me more!" Velya pressed harder. "Right, Aoi? I'm better, aren't I?"

Aoi didn't answer.

"Oh?" Sharon said, surprised.

Aoi had fainted.

The only thing keeping her upright were the bodies—and four breasts—of the two demonesses suffocating her.

"Aaah!" they both screamed.

"Aoi! Aoi! Wake up!" Velya shook her.

"Miss Amamiya, please respond! You can't leave us like this!" Sharon cried.

"Wake up! Don't die yet!" both girls shouted to the sky as they shook Aoi.
