Ken is teleported out of the movie, still completely frozen from what just happened. When he was first teleported, it was just a hunch, but he never expected the hunch to be correct.
Silenced. It has been quite some time since he has seen this movie. The movie portrayed some disgustingly true things. While the worst thing being that everything in the movie was based on a true story.
Meaning everything that happened in the movie was the truth. If he remembered correctly, they didn't even get the punishment they deserved.
[Some constellations say that it was disgusting.]
[Constellation The dead man who came back asks if you regret it.]
[Some constellations are waiting for your answer.]
"I… don't regret it. Why should I? Even the first time I watched this movie, I wanted to kill those bastards… I will never regret this decision."
[Constellation The dead man who came back snarks that it would have been bad if you regretted it.]
[Some constellations from the absolute good faction are pleased by your action.]
[Multiple constellations give you 1,000 coins in total.]
After standing while leaning on the wall, Ken slaps his own face and rubs it before going back to how he usually is.
"Ahm. Anyway, let's not dwell in there for that long and keep going, shall we?"
But at the same time he was a little bit annoyed because of something.
'Ugh… why the actual fuck is there other constellations except those three? Did he change things again or what?'
Originally this channel, which was abandoned, had solely followed Ken. Even then, only three constellations would be here. But for some reason, some other constellations seem to have joined.
If Ken wanted, he could have cleared more movies in the basement floor. But the only reason he didn't is because of Joonghyuk.
He doesn't know what kind of butterfly effect his actions could cause, which could make Joonghyuk clear movies he didn't before. Which would make movies that Dokja and the others cleared later on, be cleared by Joonghyuk.
Which is the reason he decided to clear only one movie each floor. Since, if he didn't clear at least one movie each floor, he can't move onto the next floor.
What he had just cleared was the basement floor and this dungeon had nine floors in total, including the basement level.
He kept on moving. The first floor was a bit hard for him, as it was a mystery movie that he picked. But because the movie focused a lot on finding each other's intentions, after clearing it he got a skill as a reward.
[Skill Lie detection (lvl 1) has been acquired.]
Because of this movie's mystery theme, it had given him a hard time and took a long time to complete. But his skill, Reading, was the one that allowed him to complete it.
The name explains the whole skill in short. It helps read better and faster. But not just reading texts, but anything. It can help in reading anything, better and faster.
Just like that, he moved onto the second floor and this time, the movie was a crime thriller. Which was easier, because all he had to do was sneak up to the main villain and kill him.
Then the third floor, which was of the horror theme. All Ken had to do was survive till morning, and that was not easy for someone like him, who becomes extremely paranoid in darkness.
"Huff… huff… why the fuck did I have to pick a horror movie." Yes, Ken was afraid at that moment.
[Some constellations find it funny how you are afraid of darkness.]
Ken looked at the message, clearly offended. "Yeah, yeah. Darkness is one thing, and having a ghost with you is one thing."
But this time, instead of moving to the next floor. He decided to head back to the station. Because not only was he tired and sleepy, but he could also guess that much time had passed and it should be closer to night.
Meaning if he did not come back, he could not participate in today's bare fight.
While going back, he remembered that this is the fifth day of the apocalypse. Meaning it is also the day when Dokja is supposed to escape the monster's stomach and reach Geumho station.
'... Well, even that is during the night. Meaning there's much time left.'
Just like the last time. He gets picked up for a bare fight again, then he fights and kills the opponent. Then rests for a while and goes back to the theatre dungeon.
The movie he picked on the fourth floor was some kind of weird movie he didn't understand.
It was all about a monster that is chasing him, then he has to cooperate with other characters in the movie and find a weird elixir that is supposed to give him a sort of mysterious energy and superior strength by drinking it and it will allow him to kill the monster.
If he wanted, he could have actually killed it by himself, but the elixir was tempting and it was actually worth it. As it increased every stat by two and his mana by five.
[Some constellations are wondering if that is too good of a reward for a random stage.]
"... I don't know. But it is true that this was too good of a reward, even though I could kill the monster by myself already…
Well, it was something I had to go through a lot in order to find. So it's not unfair, is it?"
[Some constellations unwillingly agree with you.]
Ken headed towards the fifth floor as fast as he could, which he had been desperately waiting for.
[You have entered the fifth floor, the reward room.]
[You are allowed to take up to two items.]
Ken loitered around there for a while, there were many good items that were incredibly tempting, but he was looking for something else.
"Where could you be~ my dear gloves~"
[Some constellations are weirded out by you.]
Ken didn't mind the constellations, as he was looking for something that would be incredibly important for him later on.
As he suddenly comes across a dark pair of silk gloves, he immediately picks it, as a system message warns him.
[If you pick this item, you can't take another one. Are you sure?]
Ken didn't care and wore it anyway. It was one of the two main reasons he came here in the first place.
[You have gained 6% damage reduction.]
He quickly checked the item description as it felt like something had changed again.
[Eclipse gloves.]
[Grade: S.]
[Description: Its durability scales with the amount of mana the wearer has. Its damage reduction increases by 1% for every 10 points in mana the wearer has.]
And his suspicion was right, even its description was changed from original.
'... Seems like he made it so that I have to upgrade it in order to unlock the original ability it had in my fanfic.
Well… that was a bit too overpowered.'
Even after gaining what he came here for, he still looks around for a while. Because no matter how good the gloves are, he still lost the chance to pick another one.
The reason he was exempted from taking another one is because of the item's grade. Most items here are A grade, and he picked an S grade, which makes it simple as to why this happened.
"Now, let's go to the most bountiful part of this dungeon!" He said in a really excited tone as he quickly moved to the next floor.
He hurriedly looked around to find the movie he was looking for before finding one that matched what he was looking for.
"Uh… terrified 2? Wasn't the name… ah, right. Copyright."
He stood in front of the poster as a light started to hover above him.
