{Torrence Residence}
After Hazel had refreshed herself, she took out a shirt and a large T-shirt from the wardrobe because her mom hadn't bought her clothes yet, so her suitcase was still in her mom's room. After dressing up, she headed downstairs for dinner. After eating dinner, she went back up to her new room.
While in her room, her mom and Hailey were in the living room.
"Emily, Hailey asked Emily's attention.
"Yes" Emily replied.
"Is Hazel your biological child?" Hailey asked.
"Yes... why are you asking such a question?" Emily asked.
"I'm serious, because she looks nothing like you" Hailey said.
"She's my daughter, but not my biological daughter" Emily said.
"Then whose daughter is she?" Hailey asked.
The richest family in New York the Queen's family could be seen exiting the plane that had just landed.
"Wow, London is quite captivating" the eldest son said, Tyson Queen said.
Yeah but not as alluring as New York."
"As soon as we locate our daughters and your sisters, we are returning to New York" Tyson's mother, Nina Queen said.
"Indeed, your mother is right" Victor Queen, Tyson's father added.
"Yeah we know" Bernie Queen's, the second son and Tyson's younger brother said.
"Mom, what's their names again?" Clint Queen's, the third son and Bernie's younger brother said.
"Isabella" Tyson said.
"Rosabella" Bernie said.
"And our little princess, the youngest one who is not a twin like Isa and Rosa, Hazel l" Clint said.
"Kids, the drivers are here, let's go" Nina said.
Soon the Queen's family got into four different cars. The parents entered one car and the three brothers got into three different cars. The remaining four cars behind and at the front of the family's car were driven by bodyguard's.
Then whose daughter is she? Hailey asked.
"I don't know okay, Emily said
Flashback 15 years ago....
Hailey was on her way home when she heard a child cry. When she went to check, she saw that an accident had occurred. She immediately called 999 but knowing that the fire would escalate by the time the firefighters arrived, she went to check whether people were in the car that had just had an accident. When she went closer to the car, she saw a girl. She immediately went near a pipe nearby, checking if there was water in it. After confirming there was water, she took a hose and connected it to the pipe, then dragged the hose near the burning car to extinguish part of the fire so she could save the little girl. By the time she carried her out of the car, the girl had already passed out. Hailey rushed to the hospital immediately.
When the girl opened her eyes, "Hey, hey, how are you?" Hailey asked the little girl.
"I am fine, thanks, but what am I doing in the hospital? And who are you?" the girl asked.
"You actually got into an accident. Do you remember your name?" Hailey asked.
"Yeah, I am Hazel Queen's.
Are you my mum Hazel asked confused
"How did I get into an accident?"
Hailey asked. "I am not your mom. Try to remember who your family is, okay?" Hailey suggested. When Hazel was trying to recall, she became dizzy and lost consciousness.
When the doctor examined her, he told her not to allow her to force herself to remember the past or else she might die. By the time Hazel woke up she didn't remember what happened before passing out except for her name, Hailey thought of leaving her at the orphanage but she couldn't because of the pity she had for the little girl. She decided to take her in.
End of flashback
"Then how come you're also bearing her surname?" Ailey asked.
"Because I changed my surname for her sake" Hailey replied.
"Please can you help me investigate about who her real parents are?" Hailey asked.
"Yeah, I will be glad to. She's really nice and precious. It's like you are a good mother and daughter. I am just sad and scared about her reaction when she finds out about the whole truth" Hailey said sadly.
"Me too" Hailey replied.
