Jincheng City. The Dragon Palace. The Nursery.
The "Nursery" was a misnomer. It was a command center.
The walls were lined with screens displaying global stock markets, satellite feeds, and the humidity levels of the Amazon rainforest. The floor was covered in a rug made from the fur of an extinct tiger (synthetic, hopefully).
In the center of this technological fortress sat Li Ignis.
He was wearing dinosaur pajamas. He sat in a custom-made, miniature ergonomic gaming chair. His small fingers flew across a mechanical keyboard that glowed with RGB lighting.
Click-clack-click-clack.
"Boring," Ignis sighed, spinning in his chair. "The firewall of the Swiss Bank is made of cheese. I cracked it in four seconds."
He took a sip from a juice box.
"I crave a challenge," Ignis announced to the empty room. "And I crave... nuggets."
The door creaked open.
