Following the tactic, Roger and Jeremy did not cover for Vizette, but instead turned their flying brooms around and blocked Hufflepuff's Chasers.
"I see through their tactics!" Lee Jordan, the commentator, grinned slyly, as if he had seen through everything. "They've staked everything on Vizette!"
Just as he was commentating, Hufflepuff's two Beaters came together and swung their bats, sending the Bludger towards Vizette, who was close to the scoring area.
The two players hit the ball simultaneously, and the already rapid speed of the ball was amplified to another level.
"Double attack!" Lee Jordan shouted. "Looks like the Hufflepuffs have put in a lot of work! No wonder Wood said they have a secret weapon!"
"Oh no! The Ravenclaw Beaters aren't with Vizette! They're dealing with another Bludger! The Bludger is getting closer and closer to Vizette!"
"He still hasn't slowed down! Is he crazy? He'll crash straight into it! At the very least, he should change direction... Merlin's pink stockings! Vizette dodged!"
"He actually flipped his flying broomstick! He dodged the ball headfirst and feet-first! Is he an eagle? He's so agile, he doesn't seem like a wizard at all!"
"That's right! He's an eagle! The sky is his stage! Ravenclaw scores again!"
In less than two minutes, Vizette scored another ten points.
The Ravenclaw stands erupted once again, with the enthusiastic students shouting even louder.
"This can't be real, right?" Lee Jordan's voice was somewhat dazed. "Why do I feel like I'm watching a professional Quidditch player...performing a skill show?"
"Hufflepuff needs to think of something! Otherwise, they can only rely on Cedric to see if they can end the match with the Golden Snitch... If this drags on any longer, things will really get bad!"
In just ten minutes, Vizette's fast-paced counter-attacking tactics forced Hufflepuff to score only one goal, bringing the score to 70-10.
With their tactics completely disrupted, Hufflepuff had no choice but to call a timeout to discuss their next move.
When Vizette returned to the ground, his teammates swarmed around him.
Roger, his face flushed, shouted excitedly, "Vizette, well done! A sixty-point lead in just ten minutes! I wouldn't have dared to dream of that last year!"
Duncan immediately raised Vizette's hand and shouted, "We have Lovegood! Vizette Lovegood!"
"It's still a long way off! This is only the first game of the year!" Arsenal poured cold water on the situation at the right moment, but couldn't hide the smile on their faces.
"They will definitely target Vizette next, which we have already considered! Just continue with the tactics as we have in training!"
"What if Hufflepuff and the others... choose to end the game with the Golden Snitch?" Seeker Cho Chang asked with some concern.
"I noticed Cedric's movements from high above; he's probably spotted the Golden Snitch."
"Indeed, that's something to consider." Arsenal stroked his chin. "After all, he performed exceptionally well last year, and could even rival Charlie…"
"Cho, don't put too much pressure on yourself." He patted Cho Chang on the shoulder. "They called for a pause themselves, which will cause them to lose track of the Golden Snitch."
"The Golden Snitch?" Vizette heard their conversation and had a sudden inspiration, using his Magic Eye to observe his surroundings.
A tiny black dot appeared in the air and flashed past his eyes; it was the Golden Snitch that Cho Chang and Arsenal had mentioned.
If it weren't for the Magic Eye, he would probably have needed to ascend to a great height and maintain an extremely high level of concentration to spot the Golden Snitch.
Just then, Madam Hooch blew her whistle, signaling the players from both teams to come and assemble.
"Five minutes are up." She put down the box containing the Bludger. "If you need to request a pause, please do so after takeoff."
"Just letting you know that Ravenclaw has two timeouts left, while Hufflepuff only has one. Please be aware!"
"We're all set!" The Hufflepuff players nodded and mounted their flying brooms.
"Alright!" Madam Hooch nodded, first releasing the Quaffle, then holding the Quaffle in her arms. "Three...two...one, the game continues!"
"Let's get back to the game!" Lee Jordan perked up at the sound of the whistle. "It seems that Vizette's excellent performance has given Hufflepuff quite a bit of trouble!"
"It's still Vizette who gets the Quaffle! To be able to unleash such speed with a Cleansweep Five... I'm sure the next teams will all be studying Vizette!"
"Something's not right… Why aren't Hufflepuff's teammates defending?" He quickly scanned the field and noticed something strange, "They're showing us the other end of the field…"
The Hufflepuff team, except for Cedric who flew high into the sky to continue searching for the Golden Snitch, all floated outside the scoring area.
"Ah! A wise choice…though it's a little less exciting." Lee Jordan sighed, "but it suits Hufflepuff's steady character!"
"Vizette's flight speed is too fast, and they haven't found a suitable way to deal with it yet... Defending without attacking is also a tactic."
"Harass them with the Bludgers!" Arsenal roared frantically from afar. "Create gaps! Break through their defense!"
He felt like he couldn't exert his full strength. Although Vizette was very good at breaking through, his teammates' coordination was still lacking.
Hufflepuff adopted a defensive formation, simply guarding the area around the scoring area, giving the impression of waiting for the enemy to tire themselves out.
With both Jansen and Duncan as Beaters, all they could do was keep hitting the Bludgers toward Hufflepuff, creating small gaps in the defense that allowed Vizette to break through and score.
Unfortunately, Ravenclaw's players are all newcomers, and they can only occasionally create openings for Vizette to break through.
The game wasn't as exciting as before, so Lee Jordan had to find ways to make the game more interesting.
"Hufflepuff's doubles combo is definitely practiced! They've once again repelled the Bludger and prevented their formation from crumbling..."
"This is probably a contest between a fledgling eagle and a honey badger... Ravenclaw seems to have the upper hand, but Hufflepuff still has a chance!"
"The current score is 170 to 40... As long as Cedric catches the Golden Snitch, Hufflepuff still has a good chance of winning!"
Just as Lee Jordan was trying to liven things up, Cedric suddenly sprang into action, turned the broom handle around, and charged fiercely toward a certain spot.
"Look, everyone! Cedric seems to have discovered something! You know, last year, when Cedric had just joined the team, he caught the Golden Snitch!"
"Cho Chang is right behind! Her flying broom is a Comet 260, with excellent performance in all aspects! The two are very close together!"
