In an instant Harry's glasses got repaired. Damian looked at her strangely. Like Leviosa, Reparo is also a spell. But you can add adjustments based on your needs. Just like how Leviosa transformed and downgraded into Wingardium Leviosa. This seems like a situational use spell. and she did it in summer. This girl has good talent. Damian himself invented few spells or more like adding some adjustments when he is with aberforth.
