Chapter 116 - Chapter 116: The Human Heart

Chapter 116: The Human Heart

Morning

"Another failure..." Silas said listlessly, slumped over the table. Just now, he had taken suggestions from netizens—water, technology, clouds, and so on—but none were the answer he was looking for.

Silas climbed the firewall again and went to an online forum to ask the three questions. He quickly received replies from a group of people, all kinds of different answers. Indeed, netizens have stronger imaginations than one another.

While Silas was absentmindedly testing the answers, one sentence caught his attention: "Although I don't know why you are asking this question, if we look at these three clues, the answer should be The Human Heart."

"Firstly, Sun Wukong (The Monkey King) can be compared to the 'Mind Ape', and the Mind Ape can be seen as the human heart, so this mentions the Sun Wukong clue."

"Secondly, Sun Wukong is a fantasy, but his Seventy-Two Transformations are real, so that must be the human heart."

"Finally, this thing changes endlessly and exists in people's lives, just like the human heart, which exists in people's lives and is inseparable."

"Is it really the human heart?" Silas felt that what this netizen said was too perfect; all the clues matched up one by one.

[Congratulations to the host for finding the answer. Please now go to highest mountain a monkey can survive to find the Monkey Talisman.]

"Got it!" Silas clapped his hands. The tricky problem was finally solved. He immediately typed a thank you to the netizen.

Netizen: Haha~ Is that the answer? You're welcome.

Silas: Thank you so much, you've helped me a lot. How much money do you want?

Netizen: Just kidding, friend. I'll be honest, I'm actually a billionaire. I don't need money.

Silas: Oh? Is there anything you want then?

Netizen: Just joking, brother. But if you really want to thank me, then give me some money.

Silas: Alright, how much do you want?

Netizen: 30 Million? Haha~

Silas heard this and thought the netizen had a big appetite, but he was a man of his word, and it wasn't his money anyway.

Silas: Get ready to receive it, brother.

Somewhere in the world, a man put down his keyboard, leaned back easily in his chair, and muttered to himself, "This silly netizen is truly interesting. I didn't even give him my address, so how is he going to send me 30 million?" the man didn't take the matter seriously at all. It was obviously a joke. Even if he had 30 million, would he give it to him?

Silas's Room

Silas thought for a moment, and Little Black walked out of the Shadow Realm. "Master, is something the matter?"

"Check this IP address for me," Silas said, pulling Little Black close.

Little Black immediately operated the computer and, in less than a minute, said, "It's in XX, XX City, XXX County, XX Street, number 210."

"Mhm. Send him 30 million," Silas said.

Little Black nodded. "I'll modify a certain rich man's will and then deliver the will."

"I'm counting on you." Silas wondered if he could also use this method to legitimately obtain money.

Whoosh!

The Talisman Squad appeared behind Silas. They had searched all night but failed to find what Silas was looking for.

"Don't lose heart." Silas held out his right hand, palm up. The Monkey Talisman indicator appeared in mid-air and settled in his palm.

The Talisman Squad's eyes lit up when they saw the Monkey Talisman indicator. Had the Master finally solved the Talisman clue?

"It's solved. Go to Ethiopia to find the Monkey Talisman," Silas tossed the indicator onto the captain's hand. (Gelada in Ethiopian Highlands can survive up to 4,400m above sea level)

The captain immediately stood up straight and saluted Silas. Rest assured, Master! The mission will be completed!

With that, they all vanished into the Shadow Realm. They were eager to contribute to their Master!

"Good luck," Silas waved his hand. The Talisman clue was finally solved. It turned out to be the human heart. He should have thought of it earlier. Silas had been guessing objects and completely missed that the "Mind Ape" pointed to the monkey, Sun Wukong.

"Silas! We should leave!" Ben Parker pushed the door open. Today was a great day to go to the exhibition.

"I was just packing my bag. I'm ready now," Silas said, picking up his backpack from the floor.

"Then let's go," Ben Parker said.

Silas put on his backpack and went downstairs with Ben Parker. Peter was already down there, eager to leave. Peter had originally planned to be a third wheel and just needed someone to accompany him. Now it was different; with Uncle Ben and Aunt May joining, he wouldn't be lonely anymore.

"Silas, you're finally down! Let's go!" Peter was the first to open the car door and sit down.

Silas sighed, watching the joyful Peter in the car. His happy mood from solving the Monkey Talisman clue sank to the bottom. Why couldn't he be happy?

"Don't worry, kid. Don't be nervous. Your Uncle Ben has plenty of experience," Ben Parker patted Silas's back.

What Ben Parker didn't know was that Silas was acting this way because his date plan was completely ruined. With Uncle Ben and Aunt May around, many things would be restricted.

Aunt May walked up to the car. "Peter, you sit in the passenger seat. I need to have a word with Silas."

"Okay, Aunt May." Peter quickly moved to the front passenger seat.

In the Car

"Silas, I heard one of your female classmates is joining us this time, right?" Aunt May whispered to Silas.

However, Peter, with his Spider-Sense hearing, naturally heard it. He immediately said, "Of course. Silas and Misty are very close."

"How far have you two gone?" Aunt May glanced at Peter, then continued to ask. It had to be said that American parents were generally more open-minded and wouldn't interfere with dating, except for the girl's parents, of course!

"Not far, Aunt May. We've just started," Silas replied. Peter was truly a loudmouth.

"No, Aunt May, I saw Silas and Misty kiss last time," Peter added from the passenger seat.

Just as Silas was about to reply, Ben Parker chimed in, "Don't worry, Silas! With me, the dating expert, you're guaranteed to win that girl over."

"Since when are you a dating expert?" Aunt May said, exasperated. She thought back to how she had to pursue Ben Parker actively; otherwise, with his dense head, he'd probably still be single now.

"You don't know this, May. I knew you liked me all along. Even though you hinted at me before, I never responded. Did you really think I didn't know?" Ben Parker chuckled.

He had liked May, this beautiful girl, at first sight, but noticed that May seemed to really dislike overly enthusiastic suitors around her. So, the clever Ben Parker adopted a "play hard to get" strategy and ignored May. Sure enough, this tactic worked on May.

"Oh, so that's how it was, Ben~" Aunt May said, staring at the back of Ben Parker's head with an unfriendly look.
