"Did you undress me?" he asked.
Heat rushed to my cheeks.
"I had no choice," I replied, avoiding his eyes. "If they find out why you're really here, your plan will fail before it even begins."
He stiffened.
"You know about my plan?"
"No," I said honestly. "But no man pretends to be a woman without a reason."
And you need to seduce them… so they'll stop bothering me.
Before I could take another breath, he grabbed my wrist and pulled me forward. I stumbled—accidentally colliding with his chest.
I tried to pull away.
He didn't let me.
His arms wrapped tightly around me, holding me in place.
