Chapter 15 - The aura farming moment of nobita

The jeep roared through the smoking streets of Tokyo, the asphalt cracked and blackened from explosions and fire. Sparks flew from a toppled lamppost as Doraemon held his torn 4D pocket close to his chest, the blue fabric dangling in shredded threads.

Gian clenched the dashboard, eyes wide, jaw tight. "I hate this city. I hate this chaos! Why did it have to come now?!"

Shizuka sat quietly beside Doraemon, her hands folded over her lap, whispering prayers he couldn't hear. Her lips moved, barely audible. "Please… keep Nobita safe… he can't die again…"

Suneo kept glancing at the streets they passed, noting every shadow, every stagger of the infected in the distance. "They're everywhere… Doraemon, are you sure this route is safe?"

Doraemon shook his head, muttering under his breath. "Safe… safe… there's nothing safe left. But I have to reach him. I must… spare him from what happened last time…"

Dekisuki, calculating and precise as always, leaned over the map spread across his lap. "Follow the green route exactly. Avoid major intersections. The BSAA jeeps will cover the flanks. If we deviate, we'll be sitting ducks."

Gian gritted his teeth. "I don't care about flanks! I just want Nobita to see us there, alive! He's been through enough…"

Shizuka reached over and squeezed Doraemon's arm. "We'll get him. All of us… together. He's not alone anymore."

Doraemon's small metal hand trembled. He looked out the shattered windshield at the burning city. Flames licked the sky, smoke thick like a black curtain. The wind carried distant screams. "I hope… I hope he's ready. I hope I'm not too late…"

High above the chaos, the helicopter sliced through the smoky red sky. Chris Redfield sat firmly, gripping the edge of his seat, scanning the streets below. Beside him, Nobita held the dagger Chris had given him, knuckles white, hand still bleeding from the glass shard he'd thrown earlier.

"near the eastern sector," Chris said, voice calm but tense. "It's big. It's fast. And maybe this thing doesn't stop until everything is destroyed. You understand what you're about to face?"

Nobita nodded silently, his eyes fixed on the burning streets below. He felt the familiar stirring in his chest—the system he could see, only he could see, flashing:

[MENTAL STABILITY: HIGH]

[PHYSICAL LEVEL: MID]

[HUNTER MODE: LOCKED]

He swallowed. His past life memories surged—Helena screaming, Leon falling, his own hands reaching for the falling dagger… the city collapsing around them.

"I… I won't fail this time," Nobita whispered to himself, teeth clenched. His hand tightened around the dagger. Blood dripped from the broken glass wound, but he didn't flinch.

Chris glanced at him, noticing the tiny tremble in his hand. "You're bleeding. That's going to slow you down."

Nobita's eyes glinted. "I know… but I need to be fast. I have to…" His voice trailed into the roar of the helicopter's blades.

Chris exhaled slowly. "Alright. Let's move."

The helicopter tilted, plunging toward the city. Below, the streets erupted with chaos—fires, collapsing buildings, zombies staggering in synchronized horror. And in the middle of the carnage, a massive silhouette moved with terrifying intent.

Ustanak.

On the ground, Leon's team fought desperately. The massive creature's mechanical arm slammed down, crushing cars and concrete alike. Sherry scrambled behind a toppled bus, Jake firing wildly to draw its attention.

"Leon! Helena!" Sherry shouted. "It's too strong!"

Leon's gun jammed mid-shot. His eyes widened. "No… not now!"

Helena's back pressed against a burned wall, the shadow of Ustanak's looming form stretching over her. Her breathing was ragged. Her gun pointed upward, shaking.

Ustanak growled, metal grinding, and raised its arm like a giant spear.

"Helena!!" Leon shouted.

Jake rushed forward, trying to distract the beast, but it swiped him aside like a rag doll.

Time seemed to slow.

Helena's eyes widened in horror. She had nowhere to run. The towering Ustanak brought its arm down to impale her.

Then… a flash of silver in the smoke.

A knife shapped, glinting shard flew through the air.

Slow motion.

Leon's scream froze in his throat.

Helena's eyes widened.

Jake's jaw dropped.

Sherry's hand covered her mouth.

The broken glass, spinning like a deadly star, pierced straight into Ustanak's neck.

Black-red energy flared around the shard. A dark aura radiated outward from the point of impact.

Ustanak staggered violently, the metal creature's roar deafening, but its motion halted, just for a heartbeat.

On top of a twisted, burned bus, a figure stood tall.

Nobita.

His eyes glowed faintly red-black. His small form emitted a strange intensity—a Hunter Mode awakening, unseen by anyone but him. The dagger in his hand seemed like mere extensions of his will.

Doraemon's voice echoed in his mind—memories of fear, of tears, of past failure—but Nobita didn't flinch.

Everything else slowed. The screams of the streets, the crackling of fire, the metallic grinding of Ustanak's joints… all seemed to bend around him.

Leon's eyes widened. "W-what the hell…?"

Helena, trembling, whispered, "…No way… who is...this boy??..."

Jake's hands gripped his rifle tighter. "He… he's doing what?!"

Sherry's voice shook. "…That kid… is controlling the battlefield?"

Ustanak turned its massive head toward him, growling.

And Nobita's whisper cut through the chaos:

"…Hold on… Leon… I'm here."

The shard glowed brighter, pulsing with his heartbeat. For one eternal second, the battlefield was silent, frozen in awe of the young boy who had returned—not weak, not scared—but transformed.

The helicopter overhead behind nobita..,

Chris yells:

KID ...WHY DID YOU JUMP!!!

meanwhile...the jeep approaching Nobita's home, the flames across Tokyo—all paused as the world stared at the boy who had defied death.

The chapter ended there.
