Chapter 35 - You lose!

Rover knew he wasn't exactly an upright man, but he could easily tell that compared to Selina, he was nothing more than a little rabbit.

And she was truly a queen of lust.

At first, she'd been a little shy, even a bit clumsy, to the point that he'd wondered if she'd lied about her past.

After all, Selina had said that because she worked in entertainment, Billy's father and Billy had forced her to sleep with countless men, turning her into a venting toy for those bastards.

But after just one day no, to be precise, after she killed Billy, it was as if she'd become a completely different person.

Wilder, wetter, constantly clinging to him, touching him, stroking him, as if she couldn't wait to strip him bare and pin him down right here in this hallway drenched in blood and zombie corpses, just to satisfy her appetite.

Rover shot her a glance and frowned. "That... doesn't seem very appropriate."

"Hehehe... don't worry. I have a way to make sure no one can see us." Selina giggled, her cheeks flushed like she was drunk. "But... if someone did see us, wouldn't that be even better? So thrilling..."

Rover: "..."

"Fine!" Rover laughed. "I'll bet you. But if you lose, then what?"

Selina tilted her head and said, "Then I'll help Master find two more women to 'serve' you. Of course, I'll make sure they're not the low-quality kind."

Rover nodded. Win or lose, he'd be 'happy' either way. So...

"Alright." He said, "I'm betting those two bastards will win."

Selina wrapped her hand around his cock, her fingers gently rubbing the tip. The moment she touched a bit of slick fluid, she pulled her hand back and licked the residue from her fingertip.

She smiled. "Then... I'm betting they'll both lose. And it'll be a very miserable ending."

"No way." Rover said. "The odds of both of them losing are ridiculously low, unless... unless they're both only thinking about themselves and don't trust the other at all. But... that's not possible."

Selina's face showed a hint of enjoyment after tasting that fluid, and she chuckled. "Master, just wait and see. Human nature... has always been cheap. And in a world without laws to restrain it, it gets even cheaper, cheap as trash."

Rover frowned, walked to the wall opposite the room's door, leaned his back against it, and looked inside.

At this moment, Alan and Mason were whispering about something, and then both of them laughed with extreme confidence.

Alan chuckled. "Nanoe, I hope you'll keep your promise. Otherwise..."

Nanoe smiled gently. "Of course. After all, you and I used to be husband and wife. We lived together for many years. This game is the last bit of affection I'm willing to give you."

Alan glanced at Mason, his eyes practically saying, See? Didn't I tell you? This woman still has me in her heart.

He laughed. "Good! Then I'll go first!"

Mason went into the bathroom as Nanoe required. Monica was also ordered to face the corner and wasn't allowed to look.

Monica almost cursed Nanoe out. How could she not let her watch something like this? It was going to kill her curiosity.

Of course, Nanoe was holding a gun, so Monica obediently did as she was told.

Rover frowned, recalling the rules of the game Nanoe had set. It could be understood as three scenarios:

If both choose the gold coin, one person dies, and the other person also gets nothing. If both choose the silver coin, then both benefit. Especially if they're lovers, both choosing silver is the best outcome. If they choose differently, then the one who picks the gold coin has the advantage, because that person gets everything, while the one who picks the silver coin will be killed.

The least risky and easiest option was for both of them to choose the silver coin. The one who chose first would effectively decide things, and that was Alan.

If Alan chose silver, then the possible outcomes would be (2) or (3). But Rover believed they couldn't be so stupid as to choose the riskiest and most selfish option, choosing gold.

He frowned as he saw Alan's choice, and his eyes flicked toward Selina as if to say, See?

But Selina only smiled greedily, her gaze locked on his pants, licking her lips as if she wanted to swallow that thing of his whole, right now.

Nanoe smiled and nodded, then said softly, "Mason, it's your turn."

Alan turned around and walked to the corner. The two of them only exchanged a glance. Then Alan went into the bathroom, while Mason stepped up to Nanoe and made his choice.

Rover snorted with laughter. This was ridiculously simple, but he had no intention of reminding Nanoe or saying anything. After all, this was her private matter, and he trusted she was smart enough to know exactly what she was doing.

"Well?!" Rover laughed. "You've conceded already, haven't you?"

Selina glanced at him and smiled. "Master, I think the stairwell is the most ideal place."

Rover tilted his head, frowning at Selina. "What do you mean?"

"It's somewhere others won't see us, and it has steps, so we can try a lot of different positions." Selina said greedily.

Rover: "..."

He honestly felt like this was Selina's real personality. Had her brain been broken by those bastards 'using' her?

"Master, don't think like that." Selina pouted. "Do you know how much pressure comes with being a famous model? Now I don't have any pressure anymore, so I just want to live the way I want."

Rover asked, "So... this is your true personality?"

"Yes." Selina hugged his arm, pressing it into the valley between her soft breasts, and said in a sweet, clingy voice, "Don't misunderstand. I'm only this lewd with Master. Back then... I just lay there and cried."

Rover shook his head. His hand rested gently on her head as he stroked her hair and said, "Don't bring up the past anymore. If it makes you uncomfortable, then forget it. This is the new world, and the new you."

Selina froze for a moment, then nodded, smiling brightly. "Mm! Master, you're really good to me."

"Then find me more beauties." Rover laughed.

Selina pouted. "Master, can you even handle it?"

Rover tapped Selina's forehead lightly and said softly, "Of course. I have a lot of attribute points. Later, even if you beg me to stop, I won't stop."

"Hehehe... that's great." Selina laughed happily.

Inside the room, Alan and Mason were now standing side by side, their faces full of confidence as they looked at Nanoe.

Alan said, "Alright, Nanoe, this childish game should be over now. Hand over the food and the key."

Nanoe burst out laughing. "Hahahaha... hahahaha..."

"Nanoe!!!" Alan roared in fury. "What the hell are you laughing at? Are you not keeping your promise?"

"Hahahaha..." Nanoe laughed until tears streamed down her face. She had to take a few deep breaths before she finally calmed down.

She said softly, "Hahahaha... I'm sorry, sorry... because... you two don't actually love each other the way I thought you did. Alan, Mason, the feeling of being betrayed by someone you love... you'll probably understand it right now."

Alan seemed to realize something, and immediately shouted, "Nanoe! What the hell are you talking about? You...!"

"Alan." Nanoe tilted her head and said gently, "I didn't lie to you, and I didn't break my promise. But... you two really do make me laugh."

"You both thought the other would choose the silver coin, so the best result would happen, where you both get the silver coin and keep living, right?"

"Isn't that right?" Alan shouted. "Nanoe! What are you trying to do? Hurry up and give me the key and the food!"

Nanoe shook her head and said softly, "But... you chose to betray each other. I'm really sorry..."

At this moment, her eyes and voice turned so cold it was terrifying. That gaze was like she was looking at tiny, disgusting insects, the kind that made her nauseous.

"You made different choices. One chose the gold coin, one chose the silver coin, hahahaha... hahahaha... you really are making me laugh."

"In the end... in the end... you still betrayed each other."

Alan and Mason went blank. Their faces were filled with disbelief.

Alan hurriedly said, "Impossible! I... I..."

Nanoe cut him off. "I don't need to lie to you, because I have this in my hand."

She raised the gun and fired a shot into the ceiling.

BANG!

The bullet exploded, and Alan, Mason, and Monica were so frightened their faces turned deathly pale.

Nanoe smiled. "See? One bullet is enough to kill all of you. It's just that... I wanted to see how much you really loved each other."

"What a pity. In front of absolute benefit, your love is nothing but a soap bubble, and it shatters the moment you touch it."
