This world, or rather, this planet had no name.
From his learning conversations with the elves, their understanding of this world is limited to the continent they're living on.
The inhabitants of this world had no clue about other worlds, a.k.a. planets.
To them, this planet was simply The World.
And this world had 2 continents and a few archipelagos.
The continent he was currently on was the East Continent. It had multiple names, but the generally agreed upon name for it was East Continent.
As predictable as it was, the other continent was generally called the West Continent.
While the West Continent was dominated by human nations, the East Continent was dominated by demihuman nations.
That didn't mean that each continent was mutually exclusive. They still had demihuman and human nations and factions in the West Continent and East Continent, respectively.
Not to mention, there existed various archipelagic states consisting of mixed species kingdoms.
This planet was filled with differing factions. And with differing factions came war.
These 3 elves were prisoners of war. A war of 2 different elven kingdoms in the West Continent.
They were later sold as slaves, and the goblin village's chief bought them for cheap.
Their limbs were cut off by the chief to make them unable escape.
They, who were once a trio of proud elven warrior sisters, became limbless sex slaves to a goblin with sick tastes.
When Lucky came in and swooped them from the basement, they realized they had made a deal with the devil.
But they could care less, as long as they weren't treated worse, they were fine with anything.
Now, the devil was back to make another deal.
"Don't you want your limbs back?" Asked Lucky in perfect elven tongue.
The eldest sister, Elena, cautiously answered, "we do."
"B-but sister, he'll definitely do something perverted again," protested Erina, the second oldest sister.
"I agree with Erina," said Ella, the youngest sister.
"Oh come on, you don't lose anything from this deal," persuaded Lucky.
"Let's hear what the deal is first," said Elena.
Although Lucky was incredibly perverted, he didn't treat these girls as sex slaves.
To him, they were still people, and his modern mind still wanted consent to be given.
Plus, they were his bloodbags, if they killed themselves, he would lose his favourite blood.
Every blood had different tastes, and to him, these elves had the best-tasting blood as of yet.
"How about I turn you into vampires? That way, you can regain your limbs and take care of yourselves," offered Lucky.
To turn others into vampires, Lucky learned from the elves that the vampires in this world gave their blood to their servants to turn them into vampires.
"We already know that you have strong vampiric abilities, enough to regenerate limbs, but would it work on us elves? Didn't you tell us you became a vampire through a serum that only worked on humans?" Asked Ella.
Hearing this, Lucky responded, "of course. Didn't you tell me that the vampires here could turn other species into vampires as well?"
"B-but it could be fatal...." worried Erina.
"Still, don't you want your limbs back? Do you want to live your whole life getting your asses wiped by someone else?" Asked Lucky.
Lucky further added, "and if I wanted to force you to become a vampire, I can do it right now. None of you have limbs, so how are you 3 gonna fight back?"

"...."
All three were silent.
"What's the catch?" Asked Elena.
"Sister Elena!" Both Erina and Ella protested.
"If you two don't want to, then don't. I'll be the sacrificial lamb. I'll take care of you both as your eldest sister," she exclaimed in a warm smile.
"...."
They both went silent again.
"So what's the catch?" Elena asked again.
"Haha, you already know that you become my servants once I turn you into vampires, so what's left to add? You'll still be my bloodbag as well," said Lucky confidently.
If this was his past pathetic self, he would've never imagined he would act like this.
Becoming a vampire had changed parts of his personality.
He became more bold, more lustful, greedier, and more sadistic. His cravings were amplified, and they were still being amplified.
Since he had just become a vampire a few weeks ago, his personality had still not strayed too far.
"So what do you say? Deal?" Lucky offered his hand, knowing that Elena had no hand to shake it.
His teasing act made her a bit tearful, she was frustrated at the fact that he did this just before giving her limbs back.
'I swear I'll make you pay this humiliation back after this....' thought Elena, engraving it in her mind.
"Deal," she said.
"Good, now drink it quickly before it heals," said Lucky, offering a freshly cut right palm.
Elena, without wasting any more time, latched her lips to his bleeding palm and sucked the blood.
After a few seconds, the wound had already healed.
Elena felt her body temperature getting hotter and hotter.
She began sweating panting. Clearly, something was changing within her.
Her pupils turned red.
Her skin reddened and then became paler than what she used to be.
Her 4 fangs lengthened a bit and also became sharper.
Her senses went nuts. She felt like she could perceive everything around her with her 5 general senses.
Then, her stumps, which used to hosue her limbs, began itching. They itched like crazy
Lucky, seeing her agonizing process of regaining her limbs, brought a full bucket of cow blood towards her.
By instinct, Elena plunged her entire head into the bucket.
'A shame that she spilled so much of the cow blood,' thought Lucky.
Her stumps began ripping apart. What used to be scar tissue opened itself, and meat and bones grew out of them.
Then, the skin began growing back. All four of her meaty limbs were now covered in skin again.
The last aspect of her regeneration was her nails growing.
They looked stronger and sharper. Weirdly enough, Lucky didn't possess those sharp nails.
