Ultra Beasts: dangerous extra-dimensional Pokémon from Ultra Space, each possessing the specialized Beast Boost ability. Among them, Blacephalon (UB: Burst) is a terrifying clown-like assassin that removes its own head to trigger massive explosions.
Standing in the Spirit World, Blacephalon performed its eerie moonwalk, preparing to strike. However, as it stepped forward, its body froze.
Behind Kaito, a wall of legends manifested. Zekrom and Reshiram towered like twin pillars of storm and flame. Calyrex glared down from Glastrier's back, flanked by Spectrier. Latias, Diancie, and a host of others released an aura so heavy it felt like mountains pressing down on the clown's shoulders.
Blacephalon was forced to its knees, the ground cracking beneath its weight. You Lian Yue watched in awe; the rumors were true—Kaito was a walking magnet for the divine. Kaito raised a hand, dispelling the pressure. Recognizing Kaito's supreme strength, Blacephalon bowed in submission. Kaito casually tapped it with a Beast Ball, sealing the bond.

The Shadow Messenger
Kaito turned his gaze toward a faint, flickering shadow at his feet. "Hiding in someone's shadow without permission is quite impolite, isn't it?"
From the inky darkness emerged a small, smoky figure with orange-red eyes and a smoking collar. It was the Mythical Pokémon Marshadow, the messenger of Ho-Oh.
The system notified:
Task Completed: Messenger of the Hidden Spirit World.
Reward: Marshadow Z-Crystal, Spooky Plate (Damaged Version).
Marshadow tilted its head, explaining that it had followed the trace of Ho-Oh's aura within Kaito's Sacred Ash. It had come to declare him the candidate for the Rainbow Trial. Marshadow revealed that Ho-Oh remained in a deep slumber, and only by finding a worthy Hero of the Rainbow could its awakening be accelerated.
The Rainbow Hero
Marshadow produced a brilliant, seven-colored feather: the Rainbow Wing. In Kaito's eyes, a majestic silhouette of Ho-Oh emerged from the feather, its wings shimmering with eternal happiness.
"Maintain a pure heart! Hold fast to your beliefs!" Ho-Oh's majestic voice echoed. "Are you willing to be the Hero of the Rainbow?"
"I am," Kaito answered firmly.
The system notified:
Task Completed: Possess the Rainbow Wing.
Reward: Title (Hero of the Rainbow).
Effect: Immune to mind control and evil influences. Naturally favored by the Legendary Beasts (Raikou, Entei, Suicune). The Wing provides a one-time resurrection.
Kaito now held three "extra lives": the Substitute Talisman, Sacred Ash, and the Rainbow Wing. Behind him, Reshiram and Zekrom shared a look of pride; their hero was now recognized by the Master of the Skies.
The Shadow Bodyguard
Kaito looked at Marshadow, who was trying to step back from his "malicious" gaze. "We're colleagues now, working for Ho-Oh," Kaito smiled. "Shouldn't you give a Helping Hand to our shared goal?"
Marshadow, slightly confused by Kaito's logic, eventually gave in and bestowed its blessing.

Kaito pulled out a Black Radish—a gourmet treat for Ghost-types. Marshadow's eyes lit up, and it began munching happily. "Thank you, Kaito is so nice," it chirped.
As the midnight window for the Spirit World began to close, the ground vibrated. You Lian Yue invited Kaito to stay longer in Fengcheng, but he declined, thinking of his farm. "You're welcome to visit me anytime," he said with a charming smile.
Lian Yue watched him go, her curiosity about the "Fairy Doctor" only growing deeper.
Kaito has returned from the Spirit World as the Hero of the Rainbow, with an Ultra Beast and a Mythical shadow-guard in tow! With the Spooky Plate now in his possession, will Kaito focus on integrating his new Ghost-type allies into the farm, or will he prepare for the inevitable arrival of the Legendary Beasts seeking their new Hero?
