A few Salandit, serving as mountain porters to reform their mischievous ways, arrived with a glowing ore. These were diamonds produced by the farm's Carbink. Aggron crunched into the diamond like an apple, ignoring the squabbling Salandit who immediately began bickering over who deserved Aggron's praise.
In the clearing, Machamp led the Mareep flock home, their tail-orbs glowing warmly. Nearby, Slowking floated at the villa's entrance, decorating the door with Halloween stickers and Jack-o'-lanterns. Ono, wearing an apron, stepped out with a smile. "Dinner is almost ready!"
Suddenly, everyone looked toward the horizon. A white silhouette streaked across the night sky, wreathed in blazing white flames. Reshiram landed steadily in the courtyard, carrying Kaito, Marshadow, and You Lian Yue.
"I'm back," Kaito said simply.
Ono beamed. "Welcome home."

The group gathered for a celebratory dinner. To welcome the newcomers, Kaito prepared a sumptous feast, enhanced by his Gourmet Power.

Lian Yue looked at Kaito with awe. She had surpassed her friend Long Yuling in discovering Kaito's hidden talents, a realization that brought a small, competitive spark of joy to her heart.

Among the Pokémon, Haunter was busy making terrifying faces at Mime Jr., its illusory bloodstains and bulging eyes enough to star in a horror movie. Mime Jr. trembled but tried to maintain a "solemn" posture. Haunter eventually took pity on the little one, offering it a Pollen Ball as an apology.
Kaito watched with a knowing smile. He had caught this Haunter in the Spirit World villa. It was a rare Shiny Pokémon, though its pale hue was currently subtle.
Seeking more energy, Haunter devoured a piece of Black Radish. Suddenly, its body burst into a dazzling light. Evolution didn't always require a trade; sometimes, sheer energy was enough.
A chubby, pure white figure emerged under the moonlight, laughing heartily.
