Beerus let out a long burp, leaning back in his chair contentedly while stroking his slightly bulging belly.
"Ah… that was truly satisfying! Earth's cuisine really is the best in the entire universe!"
Having eaten and drunk his fill, the God of Destruction's mood was visibly much better. A hint of lazy amusement appeared on his face.
Beerus's tail flicked lightly as his gaze shifted toward Loren, who looked equally relaxed.
"Hey, Loren!" Beerus suddenly spoke, breaking the post-meal calm.
"Hmm? Lord Beerus, do you need something?" Loren asked.
"That meal gave me a lot of energy, and now I'm feeling a bit too full." Beerus grinned.
"How about it? Want to do some after-meal exercise and spar with me to stretch our muscles?"
"Wow! Is Lord Beerus going to fight Loren again?!" Goku's eyes instantly lit up with excitement.
"That's awesome! Another top-level battle!"
Vegeta and Gohan also straightened, their eyes locked onto the two.
They had just witnessed Loren's spar with Whis—was a rematch between Loren and Beerus about to happen?
Loren smiled wryly and waved his hand.
"Lord Beerus, that warm-up with Whis just now wasn't easy. My strength hasn't fully recovered yet, so I'm afraid I can't give you a satisfying fight."
That wasn't an excuse.
Although Loren hadn't been seriously injured, both his physical stamina and mental focus had been heavily drained.
He truly wasn't at his peak.
"Oh my, oh my, Lord Beerus, Mr. Loren is right," Whis added with a smile.
"That spar just now was quite taxing. It would be best for him to rest and properly digest what he gained from it."
"Tch, how boring."
Beerus immediately slumped, most of his enthusiasm deflating.
He had just woken up, eaten his fill, and was in the perfect mood to fight—yet the opponent he wanted most had declined.
Disappointed, Beerus swept his gaze over Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan, undisguised disdain in his eyes.
"What, am I supposed to play with these brats? The three of them together probably aren't even worth one of my fingers."
Vegeta's forehead veins instantly bulged.
This guy… was way too contemptuous!
Goku, however, scratched his head and laughed sheepishly.
"He's not wrong. Our current strength is still far behind."
Seeing Beerus's bored expression, Loren's eyes shifted slightly—and an idea struck him.
"Lord Beerus," Loren said with a smile, "if you really want some exercise, I do have a suggestion."
"Oh?" Beerus raised an eyebrow. "Let's hear it."
Loren pointed toward Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan.
"Individually, their strength really isn't enough to face you. But if the three of them work together, they might give you a small surprise."
"The three of them… together?" Beerus froze for a moment—then burst out laughing.
"Hahahahaha! Loren, are you joking? In my eyes, what's the difference between one ant and three ants?"
"That's not necessarily true," Loren replied calmly, shaking his head.
"Lord Beerus, don't underestimate them. Vegeta has already mastered Super Saiyan Blue and can skillfully control divine energy."
"Oh?" Beerus glanced at Vegeta, mildly surprised. "He's actually reached the divine realm?"
"Gohan once transformed into Super Saiyan God and possesses godly power as well. As for Goku—he's a combat genius who always breaks through in desperate situations.
The three of them together would be a good test of their training results. And you could also take this chance to properly guide them—
letting them personally experience just how terrifying the true power of a God of Destruction really is."
Loren's words left Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan stunned.
The three of them… challenging Beerus together?
"How about it, Lord Beerus?" Loren pressed on.
"Consider it a lively practical lesson for these promising juniors."
Beerus stopped laughing and stroked his chin thoughtfully.
Loren's words had clearly struck a nerve.
Although he still looked down on their strength, the idea of "guiding juniors" and "showing them despair" sounded… amusing.
And he was bored.
"Hmmm…" Beerus pondered briefly before nodding, a playful smile returning.
"Alright! For your sake, I'll play with them!"
Beerus stood up and crooked a finger at Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan, his tone dripping with mockery.
"Hey, you three—come at me together. Let me see how much weight you Saiyans actually have when you team up."
"Yes!" Goku was the first to leap forward excitedly, instantly entering battle mode.
"Vegeta! Gohan! Let's go!"
"Hmph. Kakarot, you battle-crazed idiot," Vegeta snorted, crossing his arms before his expression turned deadly serious.
"Don't treat this like a normal spar. We can't afford to be careless at all."
"I understand, Uncle Vegeta." Gohan took a deep breath, forcing himself to calm down.
Loren and Whis wisely retreated to a distance, leaving the battlefield clear.
"Lord Beerus, please go a little easy on them," Whis reminded with a smile.
"Relax," Beerus replied lazily, picking at his ear.
"I'm not even fully awake yet. I don't have the energy to hit hard."
"Can you three start already? I'm about to fall asleep waiting."
"Haaaah—!"
Goku was the first to erupt.
Golden ki surged skyward as violent power exploded outward, gravel lifting from the ground.
His hair grew wildly, his brow ridge jutted forward, and long golden hair flowed down to his waist.
Super Saiyan 3!
Next, Gohan raised his aura.
Crimson-red ki enveloped his body as his hair and eyes turned a brilliant red.
Super Saiyan God!
Finally—
"Haah!"
Vegeta let out a low roar as a cerulean-blue aura burst forth.
Super Saiyan Blue!
Three Saiyans.
One God of Destruction.
Beerus's after-meal exercise had officially begun.
