After Aleron began clapping, Princess Marina immediately followed suit then Rassera, Lorraine, Esmira and Maria joined in causing the rest of the students to follow suit.
Smiling a small smile, the overall Dean said "The next student to be called is Bryan Frost." and the boy with brown hair and sharp yellow eyes stood up with confidence.
Marching to the stage with his head in the clouds and over pumped shoulders, Bryan Frost put his hand in a cupping motion.
Like Aldric the feather levitated from the red cushion onto his palm but unlike Aldric's or Esmira's, when the feather connected to his palm his feather floated on a light wind.
From the people that came before him, everyone could deduce that making your feather float on a light wind meant a medium level of attunement to the spirit of the wind and normally, people would have rejoiced with him but having the one who practically called someone a coward, display only a mid level of attunement was laughable and the girl who previously spoke in Aldric's defense found it extremely funny because she let out a snort and other students tried their best to hold in their laughter.
"Blessed by the spirit of the wind, Bryan Frost has finished his attunement ritual with a medium level of attunement to the blessing of the wind." the overall Dean said and the stamp was removed from the back of his palm to show his two star ranking.
With his face turning red, Bryan Frost came down the stage and marched to his seat furiously.
"The next student to be called is Maria Price." The overall Dean said, and Princess Marina, Rassera Dawnspire and Esmira Montain spoke encouraging words to her as she panicked.
Stepping onto the centre of all four items with optimism after being reassured by her friends, Maria Price waited for the shield on the red cushion to levitate towards her but what she didn't expect was for it to shrink from its massive size to a small circular shield that could barely cover her chest.
"Blessed by the spirit of the earth, Maria Price has finished her attunement ritual with a low attunement to the blessing of the earth." The overall Dean said, and Princess Marina, Rassera Dawnspire and Esmira Montain looked at the stage in shock at the same time Maria Price's face fell in shame.
The stamp was placed on the back of Maria's palm and when Maria saw the one star mark upon it, Maria prayed for the ground to swallow her whole. Wanting to hide but having no choice but to face this humiliation, Maria Price quickly handed the shield over to a temple official, quickly came down the stage and took her seat facing away from her friends.
"The next student to be called is the third star of the empire, Princess Marina." the overall Dean said and Princess Marina, Esmira and Rassera Dawnspire snapped their heads to the Dean at the suddenness of it all.
Clenching her fists and taking a deep breath, Princess Marina rose up from her seat and tried not to let her nervousness show as she proceeded to the stage with her head held high and her shoulders back.
"It's looks like they are unveiling the failures one by one." A girl with light blonde hair said with a snicker as Princess Marina walked by.
"After that massive let down-" the girl with light blonde hair said in reference to Maria Price and Maria Price shrunk further in her seat.
"They are unveiling yet another one so that Miss Maria Price won't feel lonely." the girl with light blonde hair said with a chuckle and the look on both Lorraine's and Rassera's face caused her to jump in her seat.
Seeing that Princess Marina's friendship group was not liking her commentary, the girl with light blonde hair quickly said "I am just stating the truth!"
"Anyone blessed by the spirit of fire cannot be worth anything more than their weapons." The girl with light blonde hair said in a snobbish tone.
"I doubt she has to prove her worth to you." Aldric said calmly.
