This time, Uchel, Ocello and I, along with Kachel, went to explore the market.
Yesterday, the men had tried to trade in the market only to find that the stalls only used those little disks to do business. They had gone to a person who you could trade with to get a collection of the small disks. I could hear the jingle of the coins Ocello carried as we walked.
The stroll through town was quick and I admired the bustle of the people even in the winter.
"Where do you think they are going?" I asked Ocello. He just shrugged.
"In Bena, there isn't much to do after the fall harvest. Most people focus on hunting of crafting in their homes," he said.
"We'll have to ask Eomi. It seems like there is a thriving economy here." I mentioned.
The closer we got to the market, the heavier the scent of delicious food wafted in the air. People pressed in to get the best supplies from the vendors in the stalls.
