After we found the baths, we cleaned up. I felt refreshed from the bath, but was still tired from using my newfound ability
After going over all of the places we might find witnesses, we realized that we didn't know enough about the town to know where to start. That brought us to the conclusion that we should split up and pretend like we were just sightseeing.
I stayed in our bedroom with Ocello while Gine, Uchel, and Cuau went down to explore the town. Uchel brought Kachel.
I was worried he would be in harm's way, but Uchel reassured me he would protect him with his life. Cuau and Gine also promised so I let them go.
After they left, I realized it was the first time in a while that I had had a moment alone with one of my husbands. We had been so pressed to get here that there wasn't any time on the roads to do more than eat and sleep.
