As for the reason he wanted her to build for him a squad of five first level Chimera under his commande as a backup plan in the battle against Damien to be used as a trump card ♦️.
Dylan spoke first:' I would like to welcome you miss Narin I hope you stay in my town was pleasant '.
She answered with a sneer:' while you town is small and humble is has some charm of it's own'.

If Damien saw those he would really be surprised as for the moment he literally was selling weapons to his enemy it's really ironic.
As for Jack he was new he didn't got a vote yet and he was more like a hired hand than a core member.
