Carl looking at the soldiers training:' while I am disappointed that he didn't let us hunt those vagabonds and insisting to not attack before at least basic training is done the rumours are not all true he seems knowledgeable about some training methods as few soldiers or legionnaires as he call them are starting to show signs of nearing the limit of what humanly possibly while we can't deny those legionnaires talent and perseverance even the others are showing some progress in their cultivation'.

Manid answered:' the lord asked to chose fifty good soldiers in archery and secure a location near the castle to test the new weaponsade by the dwarves'.
Bruce excited to hear it:' so they finally made it if it's work it only mean one things out lord is no fool and worth following for now'.
Then Carl started talking:' if those ancient weapons do what the lord has said even if they can't take down level 3 or 4 creature defeating life forms under level 3 will make them more valuable than grain 🌾 at least defending against foreign race will become a lot easier if no stupid decision is talking'.
Manid then said :' I will go chose the candidate for tomorrow weapon exhibition '.
While they where having their conversation Damien was talking his carriage to go see the industrial zone where all futur Factory's will be built but for now he will announce the start of production from the Bessemer converter and the paper workshop as for the one for porcelain it's not yet finished he couldn't be happier and exited as everything seemed to be going in the right direction.
So after sitting for a while in the carriage it's stopped so they probably arrived where the industrial zone were the futur of hi Barrony is erected a servant came to open the door for him he descended next to him was Crowley.
Just as they were perceiving the landscape around them Jean came to welcome them and to take them where the behaved ovens for coke was built ,a furnace to produce iron and next to it the Bessemer converter.
They walked for a while then they found themselves in front to beehives ovens made specifically to produce coke the fuel used to produce steel.
A series of beehive ovens which were already burning with flame cooking the coal mined from the mining village in the mountain into coke.
Many craftsman where working on the furnace making sure that their is enough coal and no siyr was getting inside .
Damien chatted with them a little gave a few word of encouragement and praises which made extatique as after all he is a noble lord and they where just free folks.
Then Jean took them to where the main instrument of his plan is build at same time he spotted few guards patrol 🚓 around the area making sur no hooligan or spies are around to sabotage or disturb the flow of work.
Their he found the master dwarv builder hector and his brother gimil eating for him
And hector said:' welcome my lord we built the converter as you have drawn it my lord and he is working '.
Damien could see that the Blast furnace built next to the river in powered by a water wheel, was already in the production of the needed iron.
Then the produced molten iron is sent to the Bessemer converter where he is turned to steel.
Everything was working like a well-oiled machine it won't take long for them to produce the first batches of steel which he intend to use it to build his armoured for his arms and their weapons then sell the outdated wespons to the neighbouring waring Barron's in order to raise some funds and also paper as from a conversation he had with Jean the main expenditure of any administration almost half of the budget is used to buy parchment 📜 for writing.
So even if paper isn't an instant hit it will help diminish the definite in his Barrony budget as in the same conversation Jean told him that with all the projects they started , procurement for the army their pay,food and providing some cultivation help in the form of diluted pill 💊 soups if weren't for the grand-duchy pervious donation he Will be already bankrupt.

But above all he want to test firearms and tactics like fire by rank or volley fire that way he can show to the commanders their potential in warfare.

After he announced that tomorrow he will have a dinner in honour of hector and gimil also he asked to give all the workers here a bonus worth of week pay they all cheered for him then he went to where the paper 🗞️ workshop is built.
After walking for a while he saw big enough workshop built bigger than the usual ones as he anticipate high demand and beside it three water powered mills where erected in order to work the many fibres from linen and other plants to pulpe.

Then Damien told him:'i would like to divide the paper sheets to categories one of high quality to be used personally by nobles and a second for every day use the former will be priced at 50 coin and latter at 25 coin 👛 whiche make cheaper than the parchment costing 1 silver coin'.

Then Damien went back to his castle as he was tired for the day.
