In Europe, deep within a vast mountain range—
Following the guidance of the Bloodstone necklace, the Quinjet descended into a narrow canyon.
After landing, Elsa scanned the barren, desolate mountains and said,
"The Greg Family's nest is here."
"But we need to search carefully to find the exact entrance."
Hearing this, Tony Stark stepped forward.
"Jarvis, scan the surrounding terrain."
"Right away, sir."
A few minutes later—
"Sir, on a ridge 20 meters to your left, there is a massive boulder. Scans show airflow behind it."
Everyone immediately moved toward the rock.
Standing before the boulder, Tony raised his armored arm.
"Everyone, get ready."
A micro-missile fired.
BOOM—
The two-meter-tall boulder exploded into rubble.
Behind it, a deep, pitch-black tunnel stretched downward.
"So the vampire nest is here? Honestly, I expected something like a gloomy medieval castle."
Muttering, Tony walked into the cave first, the armor lights brightening his surroundings.
After following the passage for several dozen meters, an enormous cavern appeared ahead.
"Wow… Add a disco ball and some loud music, and we could throw a party for hundreds of people here."
Shrugging, Tony stepped down into the chamber.
Several tunnels branched off from the cavern wall.
"So, which way?"
He turned to Elsa for guidance.
"The far-left tunnel," she said immediately, checking the Bloodstone necklace.
Linen then spoke.
"You all go that way. I'm taking the far-right passage."
Seeing everyone look at him, he added,
"I can sense Natasha's presence there."
Steve tightened his grip on his shield.
"I'm going with you."
"Alright."
Linen nodded. "There'll probably be a lot of vampires along your route, so be careful."
"Leave it to me."
Tony patted the arc reactor on his chest. The armor lights shifted into ultraviolet mode.
"After that incident in the amusement park, the anti-undead armor isn't finished, but the anti-vampire version is perfect for today."
Linen nodded, then he and Steve headed down the rightmost tunnel.
The moment they entered, a cold chill swept over them.
Linen summoned a ball of magic light to illuminate the darkness, and the two continued forward.
After several dozen meters, the tunnel forked again.
Sensing Natasha's presence, Linen and Steve immediately took the left branch.
—
Deep inside the tunnel
"Huh?"
A vampire sat on a stone chair binge-watching a cached soap opera on a tablet.
Sensing intruders, he put down the device.
"Interesting. Two humans actually walked right in."
He turned toward the prisoner across from him.
"Viscount Natasha, do you think it's your companions coming to save you… or just unlucky hikers?"
Natasha—her eyes faintly glowing red—looked at him coldly.
"Does it matter? Weren't you already prepared?"
"You're right. No wonder Lord Greg made you a Viscount. I'm jealous."
He licked his lips.
"But it's fine. Looks like I'll get to feast again today."
He stood up and gestured to the blood slaves along the wall.
"Come on. Let's greet our guests."
He left first.
The moment he was gone, Natasha stood up with the faint speed of a vampire, snatched the key, and bolted deeper into the tunnel.
—
Meanwhile, in the tunnel
Linen and Steve suddenly found their path blocked by a vampire and several blood slaves.
"Well, look who it is. Steve Rogers—and a masked guy. This isn't a place you should—"
Before he could finish his dramatic speech, Linen's eyes flared.
A beam of burning heat vision pierced straight through the vampire's chest.
The vampire froze with eyes wide, stunned—
He couldn't believe this masked man would attack before he finished talking.
—
Deep in the tunnel
Natasha reached a heavy iron gate, unlocked it, and pushed it open.
Inside, dozens of terrified girls huddled together.
Seeing Natasha's red eyes, they screamed and pressed further into the corner.
"Don't be afraid—I'm here to rescue you!"
But the girls only cried harder.
To them, her glowing red eyes meant one thing—
Vampire.
Trying to calm them, Natasha softened her voice.
"Please believe me. I'm really here to help you. We have to go—quickly! The vampires will be back soon."
At the mention of vampires, her expression darkened.
A few days ago, she had been knocked unconscious by a rocket and abducted.
When she woke, she was already turned.
According to old man Greg, he originally planned to drain her slowly just for revenge.
But later, he changed his mind—
he wanted to turn her into his "offspring," control her, then pit her and Tony against each other.
Feeling her fangs, Natasha gritted her teeth in hatred.
But now wasn't the time.
Hearing that she truly wanted to save them, the girls shakily got up and followed her out.
At the fork, screams echoed from ahead.
The terrified girls pressed together again.
Natasha instantly recognized the voices—
blood slaves… dying.
"It must be my team. Follow me!"
She sniffed the air.
Linen's scent drifted from the tunnel ahead.
Her eyes lit up.
Since becoming a vampire, all her senses had been heightened.
She now possessed almost all vampire abilities—
Including the ability to sense Linen and Steve the moment they arrived.
