"Don't worry, I'll protect you" Bell assured her. "I want you to do something for me"
"What... Is it?" Ryu voice was still shaking
"Just stay still, no matter what, don't move. Even if you get scared don't try to run just stand still, that way I could easily protect you. Do you understand?"
Ryu nodded continuously, trying to hide her fear.
Bell returned his attention back to the goblin who just stood there like it was waiting for them to finish with their final moments.
_it's just a goblin, I can do it_ Bell told himself as his grip on the hatchet tightens. He had played a lot of fantasy games in his previous life and had faced some goblins, their attack are mostly based on speed.
"I'm sure I can handle it" Bell said trying to sound confident which he immediately regretted.
"They are more!" Ryu announced as two more goblin suddenly jumped out from the bush there were hiding. It was like the world difficulty had been set to hard.

The other two wore the same clothing as the first one, each one was armed with clubs but the second one wore a leather chestplate.
They all stood surrounding Bell and Ryu, growling at each other as if they were planning something or decided who is going to kill them.
"Just stay still" Bell reminded Ryu and she nodded.
The first goblin rushed at Bell with it's dagger and swung it at his face.
**CLASH!!!**
**CLANK!!!**
Bell was able to block the attack by shielding his face with the hatchet but it broke.
'How strong are this things!'
Due to the metal braking, the goblin lost it's momentum and slipped forward. Bell quickly turned to the wooden handle and strike it against it's stomach, causing it to cough blood and dropping it's dagger, Bell raised the handle above his head and slammed it on the goblin head and it fell on the ground and died instantly.
After watching their comrade die in front of them, the other two goblins quickly darted towards Bell.
Bell quickly picked up the dagger, his arms still shaking. _i just have to be faster_ he reminded himself.
It's was a good thing that the rest goblins were armed with a club, but he shouldn't let himself get carried away. He was still out numbered.
Bell quickly dashed forward, dodging the first goblin swing by rolling on the ground and quickly swung the dagger sideways, slashing it's stomach opened before running towards the second goblin who slowed down. As the goblin recklessly jumped up and attacked with a downward swing of his club, Bell shifted to the left and directed his dagger to it's eye. The goblin staggered backwards but before he could stand steadily, Bell wasted no time to kill it by stabbing it in it's neck.
**BREATHING HEAVILY**
Bell collapsed on the ground and stayed still as he tries to catch his breath, he could still feel his heart trying to burst out of his chest. He was able to kill three goblins without getting any life threatening injury, the scratch in his cheek didn't hurt as much but he was more worried about the green blood on his body.
After all that, the most important thing is that Ryu was unharmed, he turned his gaze towards her, she now seemed a little bit relaxed.

Bell didn't even pay any attention to the screen in front of him, he quickly turned to his sister who stayed still the entire time.
"Ryu, are you okay!?"
"Hmm" Ryu nodded and began to slowly crawl to where Bell laid and hugged him, or in this case, hugged his head.
"Ryu, stop. You're going to stain your body with blood" Bell said, but he didn't try to stop her.
"I'm so glad you're okay, big brother" Ryu smiled and held her brother's head tightly.
Bell suddenly remembered about the floating screen that was still in front of him.

Bell gently released himself from Ryu's grip and walked to where the first goblin he had killed lay.

_i can't believe that I'm able to get stuff from the monsters and I can they even dropped money, that's pretty convenient. That means I could make money by killing monsters, but, what if all this items came from people who've they killed before?. Well, that's not my problem!_
Bell picked up the drops and added it to his pouch.
"Ryu" Bell called out and held her hand. "Let's get out of here before more monsters shows up."
"Hmm" Ryu nodded and stood up as Bell held her hand.
They both walked towards the direction they had came from earlier and luckily found the flowered path.
