"Emergency protocols," Jack continued. "If something goes wrong.....if you're threatened, if you need immediate extraction, if there's any danger.....you use the code phrases Sebastian taught you. 'Weather's changed' means emergency extraction. 'Need coffee' means backup required but not critical. 'Thinking of you' means status check, all clear."
"I remember," Emily confirmed.
"Travel logistics," Jack said, pulling up flight information. "Private jet departing Cloud City Saturday at 6:00 AM. Eleven-hour flight, arriving Geneva at 5:00 PM local time.....they're seven hours ahead of us. You'll have Saturday evening to settle in, rest, and adjust to the time zone."
"Sunday is free day," Jack continued. "Rest, explore the city safely, prepare mentally for Monday. Monday morning at 2:00 PM.....that's when you take the International Physics Olympiad preliminary exam at the University of Geneva. Three-hour exam, finishing at 5:00 PM."
