Chloe couldn't believe Thea's tough talk and looked at her with disbelief, considering Thea's current fairy-like demeanor, then said, "I just feel confident because I brought a weapon. After all, we're women, and look how fat he is. I'm afraid we might not be able to take him on."

The journey was a bit long, and they agreed to meet halfway. They could call a cab from the airport, but having someone familiar drive would be more convenient.
