Chapter 93 - Chapter 87 — The Tides of Destruction see

The battlefield no longer resembled a battlefield. It was a canvas of shattered existence.

The black sea writhed beneath Tiamat's feet like a living entity, dark tendrils stretching outward, forming claws, serpents, and gaping maws that dripped primordial authority. Rifts of torn reality floated like debris, islands of warped space and broken time. Mountains folded into themselves, floating and twisting. Stars blinked out, fragments of temporal strands drifting through the void.

Xyrrath hovered above it all, his grotesque form impossible to define. Every edge of his body was jagged, folding into itself, warping as though reality refused to let him exist. Behind him, the Beasts of Humanity moved like dark storms, their presence bending the world itself.

Goetia stepped forward first. Rings of golden law rotated around him, broken yet complete in their authority. The air shimmered with inevitability.

"The sea cannot contain all of us," he said, voice flat, detached. "It will break."

Tiamat's eyes flared, wings spreading wide. She let the black liquid of the Primordial Sea surge like hundreds of serpentine arms and clawed appendages.

"Abzu Collapse – Infinite!"

The tendrils shot forward with unstoppable force, lashing and biting at Goetia's rings. Golden symbols collided with liquid darkness in a deafening clash that sent shockwaves across the field. Mountains shattered, rifts expanded, and fragments of space folded in impossible angles.

Mara floated forward next, her presence a suffocating press of desire and despair. Her hand lashed out, conjuring black spines tipped with shards of light, each a tangible stab into the mind.

"Heaven-Piercing Desire – Endless Thorns!"

The black sea twisted violently to counter, snapping its fangs around the spines, shattering them into vapor that hissed as it dissolved into the void.

Kiara advanced, chains of corruption stretching from her hands, each link a trap for thought and memory.

"Ten Thousand Colored Stagnation – Lock of the Mind!"

The chains whipped across the battlefield, wrapping around tendrils and fangs of Tiamat's sea, bending and breaking them. Reality shuddered under their conceptual weight.

The Light Being flared beside her, radiant sigils blooming in the air. Its voice rang across the broken space.

"Do not falter, Tiamat! Their concepts are vast, but they are not origin! Strike with certainty!"

Tiamat clenched her jaw, letting the black sea surge into a single massive spear. "Thalassa Genesis Break – Spear of the Abyss!"

The spear shot forward, piercing Primate Murder mid-leap. The force drove it into a nearby rift, partially swallowing the beast as the void collapsed around it. Yet the creature howled and broke free, dragging fragments of broken space with it.

Tamamo Vitch appeared on the flank, tails flicking, eyes glinting with cunning. She drew shards of warped reality into razor-like whips and lashed across the battlefield.

The Light Being reacted instantly. "Lux Ordinis – Lesser Authority of the First Light!"

Radiant beams of law and order erupted, severing Tamamo's shards midair, burning them to conceptual ash. The battlefield began to stabilize at the edges, floating rocks righted themselves, and some rifts partially closed.

Xyrrath laughed, dark and hollow, his voice echoing like a thousand cracks in glass.

"So, a little light and the Sea-Mother keep the field together… impressive. But insufficient."

He extended a clawed hand, and reality began to twist. Small rifts opened across the battlefield, spilling more shadows into the field. Hundreds of abominations surged forward, shrieking with broken voices and malformed bodies. "Abyssal Gestation – Choir of the Damned!"

Tiamat's claws lashed, compressing the space around the abominations. "Abzu Collapse – Full!"

Several were crushed into conceptual nothingness, leaving only echoes of their screams. Others tore free, dragging chunks of space, opening small rifts as they advanced.

Goetia's voice rang out, calm and measured. "Ars Almadel Salomonis – Second Seal!"

The golden rings spun faster, and the air shimmered with the weight of inevitability. Streams of potential futures began burning in an instant. Even the Light Being's radiant order strained to stabilize the battlefield.

Tiamat roared, letting the black sea rise like a tidal wave taller than mountains. "Apsû Unbound – Womb of the World!"

Primordial life erupted: serpents, leviathans, and winged horrors made of pure raw creation surged forward, tearing at abominations and Beasts alike. Mountains cracked and folded. Space bent in waves of power. Stars winked out. The smell of ozone and salt filled the void.

Kiara's chains reformed midair. Mara's spikes rained down. Tamamo's shards cut the air like knives. Goetia and Queen Draco combined authority in a spiral of annihilation and judgment. The battlefield became a storm of unmaking.

The Light Being moved like a storm, flaring authority across the field. "Seraphic Seal – Axis of Purity!"

A barrier of radiant law erupted, wrapping Tiamat in a cocoon of stability. Abominations collided with it, shrieking, burning in concept and flesh as they tried to breach it.

Xyrrath's grin widened. "So, the Sea-Mother and a flicker of light hold the field together… excellent. But you are only buying time."

Tiamat's black sea surged, forming crushing fists, jagged spears, and fanged serpents. "Abzu Collapse – Infinite Barrage!"

The tendrils lashed at the Beasts. Goetia's rings cracked under the pressure. Mara screamed as the spikes of water shredded her constructs. Kiara's chains bent and snapped under the sheer weight of the compression.

Even Xyrrath moved to counter, slipping between moments and realities with impossible speed. He struck, tearing through the black sea itself.

"Pathetic," he spat, voice warping. "To think you could cage me with water."

The battlefield groaned under the strain. Mountains shattered. Seas boiled. Rifts opened and closed in chaotic rhythms. Every strike had the potential to erase universes, and the effects rippled outward, bending space and time itself.

The Light Being shouted. "Tiamat! Push through them! Authority must be absolute!"

Tiamat's wings spread wider, black ocean spiraling around her. "Abzu Collapse – Total!"

Space compressed violently, crushing abominations and bending the Beasts backward. Goetia's rings fractured. Mara shrieked as spikes of primordial water tore through her. Even Kiara's chains bent under the sheer weight of her Authority.

Xyrrath laughed, slipping into a rift midair. "Do you think you can overwhelm me? I am the fracture between existence and void!"

He struck at Tiamat from a place outside time, tearing a massive hole in the black sea. She staggered, but the Light Being flared, wrapping the claw in radiant beams, burning it to conceptual ash.

The battlefield itself seemed alive, groaning under the power on both sides. Stars fractured. Rifts in time and space opened and closed. Reality wavered with every strike, threatening to collapse entirely.

Tiamat hissed, wings spread wide, tendrils snapping violently. "We will hold… together!"

The Light Being flared, enveloping her and a portion of the battlefield in radiant authority. "Lux Ordinis – Radiant Authority!"

Explosions of light and darkness collided, reshaping the field, tearing holes in space, burning Beasts' constructs, and forcing abominations back.

Xyrrath's grin widened, eyes glowing with void. "Excellent. Let's see how long you can keep this up."

The fight escalated beyond imagination. The battlefield was a storm of unending power. Rifts opened and closed. Seas crushed mountains. Light and darkness clashed with every strike. Tiamat and the Light Being pressed forward, pushing Xyrrath and the Beasts back inch by inch.

But the cost was monumental. Each wave reshaped space. Each strike threatened to erase a fragment of creation. Each clash left the battlefield a fragmented storm of floating islands, shattered mountains, boiling seas, and open wounds in reality.

Tiamat's eyes glowed with determination, black sea spiraling around her like a living storm.

"We will hold this field… no matter what!" she roared.

The Light Being mirrored her resolve, flaring with authority that rivaled the stars themselves.

And above it all, Xyrrath watched, smiling, waiting, and testing, knowing that the war was only beginning.
