The Light Being drifted back, wings dimming as it planted itself in the center of a stabilizing circle of radiant sigils. The air around it tightened, becoming dense and still, as if reality itself had decided to hold its breath.
"Tiamat," it said, voice calm but urgent. "I need time."
The battlefield shook as another wave of power crashed overhead. Goetia's burning rings tore through a fragment of space, Queen Draco's spear split a floating mountain in half, and Mara's desire-formed blades shredded a continent-sized shard of warped reality.
Tiamat turned, black sea coiling around her like a living storm.
"How long?" she asked.
"Five minutes."
Tiamat didn't hesitate.
"Then you'll have it."
The Light Being nodded once, then closed its eyes. The sigils beneath it ignited, forming a massive arcane array layered with order, light, and something older—something that felt like a forgotten promise made at the dawn of creation.
Xyrrath noticed immediately.
His many eyes narrowed, void-light flickering between them. "Oh?" he chuckled. "You're casting something serious now."
He turned toward the Beasts. "Break her."
Goetia raised his hand. "Ars Almadel Salomonis — Final Spiral."
The sky ignited.
A storm of golden annihilation poured down, burning through timelines as if they were dry paper. Kiara's chains snapped into place around the Light Being's position. Mara's blades of desire cut through the air, each one carrying enough force to erase a world.
Tiamat moved.
She stepped forward and the black sea exploded outward.
"Abzu Collapse — Absolute Dominion!"
Space folded violently around her. The golden storm slammed into a wall of compressed primordial ocean and detonated in a supernova of light and shadow. The shockwave ripped open fresh rifts, sending shards of reality spinning like glass.
Tiamat tore through the blast, blood running down her cheek, wings scorched, scales cracked.
"Not her," she growled. "You fight me."
Primate Murder lunged.
Tiamat caught it mid-air, slamming it into a broken fragment of space with a force that shattered a nearby star. "Thalassa Genesis Break!"
The impact sent the beast crashing through three layers of warped reality before it vanished into a collapsing rift.
Tamamo Vitch laughed and unleashed a storm of probability knives.
Tiamat spun, black sea rising like a shield, each blade dissolving into steam and sparks.
Behind her, the Light Being whispered ancient words, sigils rotating faster.
"Four minutes," it said softly.
Xyrrath watched with amusement. "Look at you, Sea-Mother. Bleeding for hope."
He lifted his hand and reality began to rot.
"Abyssal Infestation — Garden of Vorath."
Black veins spread across the battlefield, corrupting space itself. Rifts became breeding pits. Abominations poured out in endless waves, screaming Vorath's name as they charged.
Tiamat roared and hurled herself into them.
"Apsû Unbound — Womb of the World!"
Primordial life exploded from her sea, leviathans and serpents of creation tearing into the corrupted horde. The clash was apocalyptic—worlds being born and dying in seconds, entire realities crushed between light and void.
Goetia advanced through the chaos. "You cannot hold all of us."
He raised his hand.
"Ars Almadel Salomonis — Third Seal."
Tiamat intercepted, slamming into him with a tidal hammer of black ocean. The collision erased a solar system-sized region of space, leaving only a screaming void behind.
She staggered back, coughing blood.
"Three minutes," the Light Being said.
Xyrrath drifted closer, grinning. "You look tired."
Queen Draco struck next, spear flashing.
Tiamat barely blocked, the impact tearing through her wing and sending her spinning through broken space. She crashed into a floating continent and rose again, shaking, blood streaming down her face.
"Still standing," she whispered.
Mara and Kiara attacked together—desire and corruption entwined.
Tiamat met them head-on.
"Abzu Collapse — Last Bastion!"
Space compressed around her into an unbreakable fortress. Their attacks detonated against it, tearing open the sky, but the Light Being remained untouched behind her.
Xyrrath's laughter echoed.
"You're buying time for a miracle," he said. "I've killed miracles."
Tiamat spat blood. "Then die choking on this one."
She charged again, every step breaking reality.
"Two minutes," the Light Being said.
Xyrrath finally moved to interfere.
He tore open the timeline itself, stepping through moments like stepping stones. He appeared behind Tiamat and drove a void-laced strike into her back.
She screamed.
Her black sea exploded outward in reflex, throwing him away, but the damage was done. Her wings trembled. Her breath came ragged.
Xyrrath floated above her. "Stay down."
She forced herself up anyway.
"Not… yet."
Goetia and Queen Draco struck together.
Tiamat met them with everything she had left.
"Thalassa Genesis Break — Sovereign's Roar!"
The collision shattered a galaxy-sized region of space. Time fractured. The shockwave rolled across existence itself.
She fell to one knee.
"One minute," the Light Being said, voice steady.
Xyrrath snarled and commanded the Beasts. "All of you. Now."
They surged.
Tiamat spread her wings and planted herself between them and the Light Being.
Her body was broken. Blood soaked her scales. The black sea thinned.
But her eyes burned with defiance.
"Come," she whispered.
They did.
And she held.
When the final sigil ignited behind her, the Light Being opened its eyes.
"Tiamat… it's ready."
Xyrrath looked up—and for the first time, his smile faltered.
The battlefield went silent.
And the spell answered.
