I ran down the hallway, my footsteps light but urgent.
Tap—tap—tap! My chest felt tight, I still can't believe a human can have such a large amount of senjusu.
I reached the Occult Research Club and burst the door open.

Inside, Issei was arguing loudly with Rias.
"President, please!" Issei said, his voice trembling as he stepped forward. "Asia didn't do anything wrong. We can't just abandon her like this!"
His fists clenched at his sides, shaking from panic and anger.
Rias met his gaze, her expression serious and unwavering. "Issei, calm down," she replied. "Asia belongs to the Church. Our factions are different. If we interfere, it won't be a small matter—it could turn into a full-scale conflict."
"I don't care about factions!" Issei shot back. "She's my friend. If we leave her alone, she'll die!"
"That's exactly why I can't act recklessly," Rias said firmly. "Every move we make represents the Gremory peerage. One wrong decision could drag us into a war."
Issei gritted his teeth, lowering his head. "…So you're just going to let her suffer?"
Rias closed her eyes briefly, then opened them again. "I'm saying we must think before we act."
The moment I entered, everyone turned to look at me.
"I meet a man," I said, keeping my voice flat.

Silence fell over the room.
Rias frowned and akeno tilted her head, smiling faintly but alert, Kiba's eyes sharpened and Only Issei barely reacted, his worry for Asia drowning out everything else.
"How much?" Rias asked.
"I don't know," I replied. "But he shouldn't be weaker than my sister."
The air grew heavy.
My sister was a powerful Stray Devil.
Anyone close to her level was dangerous.
"Can we talk about this later?" Issei suddenly shouted.
"Asia is in danger!" Everyone snapped back to reality.
"I'll ask Sona about him," Rias said after a pause and then look at Issei.
"iseei sometime..." issei didn't wait for her explanation this time.
"If you won't come, I'll go alone!"
He stormed out, the door slamming behind him.
Bang! Rias frowned and walked toward the window.
"…Strange," she murmured."Why do I feel like someone was outside?"
I on the other hand look at the back of the issei and decided to follow him.

Outside, as Issei rushed ahead, two figures followed him silently from the shadows.
Fugaku watched from a distance, a faint smile on his face.Using a shadow clone to tail she earlier had paid off.
He now knew exactly where he was in the story.
The next instant— Whoosh!
His body blurred and vanished using Body Flicker and without any delay, Fugaku rushed toward the portal.
