Three years have passed since the Nine Tails Fox attack at the Village Hidden in the Leaf, and many things have changed throughout the past three short years.
One of the changes that happened was the thorough investigation of the Uchiha Clan for the possible involvement of the Nine-Tailed Fox attack. While some members of the Uchiha Clan were against the investigation, Fugaku insisted every Uchiha had to follow accordingly.
With the multiple investigations of multiple different teams that were conducted throughout the past three years, they concluded that the Uchiha Clan didn't have a part in the Nine Tails Fox attack and are innocent.
With the investigation release, every civilian knows that the Uchiha Clan are innocent, with their name finally clean after many terrible rumors about them due to the Nine Tails Fox attack.
While investigating the event of the Nine-Tailed Fox attack and the possible culprit behind it, one of the team who is part of the investigation group manages to hear a greatly disturbing rumor.
This rumor centers around the group of S-class rogue ninja gathering together and forming a mercenary group.
The council was very cautious about the formation of this mercenary group. The fact that prideful Kage-level ninjas started to gather isn't good news for any hidden villages, especially the 5 great hidden villages.
After lengthy discussion they decide to let one of the Legendary Sannin, Jiraiya the Toad Sage and the Village Hidden in the Leaf spymaster, investigate the dangerous and mysterious group and gather as much intel as possible.
After investigating for a couple of months, Jiraiya informed the council about the fact that the rumors are true, but the reason behind the creation of the group and their intention still weren't clear since they were far too secretive.
Even with Jiraiya's skills and connections, he was unable to fully gather important intel about the mysterious group.
Jiraiya did provide advice for the council, which is to be prepared for the worst-case situation. Jiraiya even hinted that there might be a possible war that sweeps the whole ninja world once again.
With this, the council and intense debate about the action they should take. Some wanted the disappearance of the mysterious group A.S.A.P., but others also didn't want to waste resources dealing with such a powerful group that might weaken the village's military prowess.
At the end the council decides to start increasing the difficulty of the Ninja Academy, but the level isn't the same as in the times of war.
They know how precious the peace they acquired after countless sacrifices is, and they didn't want the kids unable to enjoy the peace.
The second decision they made was also a mandatory inspection of the skill level of the ninja and even encouraged the ninjas to grow stronger.
Also, these past three years there were many interesting events that happened. For example, the latest event happened when the ninja from the Hidden in the Cloud visited the Leaf for a peace treaty and secretly tried to kidnap the heiress of the Hyuga Clan.
Once Minato found out about the situation, he immediately ordered the punishment for the Cloud ninja while at the same time making an official visit to the Village Hidden in the Cloud and asking for their answer about this incident.
Well, officially that's what happened...
But the truth is far simpler: Minato immediately cripples the cloud ninja and visits the Village Hidden in the Cloud while ignoring their defenses and showing them the consequences of their action.
Minato even threatens the higher-ups of the Clouds that if they do similar stunts once again, then he wouldn't mind paying them another visit, but this time he will show them the reason why many people considered him as someone who managed to reach the same level of strength as the two legendary figures—Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju.
The Village Hidden in the Cloud becomes a laughingstock for those who know the truth of Minato's actions.
The 4th Raikage, Ay, was incredibly mad about the situation since he didn't even know about the plan that the council created and thought it was a genuine peace treaty between the two villages and not some disguise for the nefarious plan of the council.
With the nefarious plan of the Village Hidden in the Cloud coming to light as well as the apology they had to make due to it, the villages became the laughing stocks, but for different reasons than the ones who truly know what happened that day.
With what happened, 4th Raikage Ay immediately implemented changes that affected the whole village, and this also made other villages think twice about trying to scheme against the Leaf.
In the Uzumaki Namikaze Estate, where the 4th Hokage resides with his family, one finds two adults watching three of their children in the backyard training grounds.
The first is Minato Namikaze, the 4th Hokage, also known as the Yellow Flash, renowned for his role in ending the 3rd Great Ninja War.
The second is Kushina Uzumaki, one of the last survivors of the Uzumaki Clan and also one of the deadliest female ninja produced by the Village Hidden in the Leaf.
Currently the two are not only watching their three children but also teaching and training them. With the prophecy they learned three years ago from Jiraiya, the two had a lengthy discussion about what they should do about their children.
After careful consideration as well as asking some advice from their friends, they decide to train their children, who are most likely to be the Child of Prophecy.
The two of them were focused on teaching their children the importance of being a good-hearted and selfless person, hoping that as the Child of Prophecy they would grow up to make the world a better place.
The first child is the couple's firstborn daughter, named Mito. She had long red hair that was tied up in a ponytail and dark blue eyes.
The second child is a boy named Menma, the third child of the couple, who had spiky red hair and violet eyes.
The third and last child is a girl named Yayoi, who has green eyes and long hair that is tied into two pigtails. She is the youngest child of the couple.
Right now the three children were practicing their martial arts style. Aside from wanting their child to have the power to protect themselves when the danger arises, they also trained the three children in their belief that one of them is the Child of Prophecy.
Minato believes that the challenges that the Child of Prophecy is about to face are against the Masked Man, who is the culprit behind the Nine Tails Attack.
Right now the Masked Man is still in the shadow waiting to strike, but once he finally shows up, Minato and Kushina make sure that one of their children is ready to face him.
Throughout the past three years, Minato also participates in tracking down the Masked Man by using the mark of the Flying Thunder God Seal.
But after teleporting towards the mark, what Minato found was a skin with the seal marks on it.
Minato asks Tsunade and the medical ninjas to try to use the DNA in the skin to try to find if the Masked Man belongs to their village.
This is also why the cleaning of the Uchiha Clan name is incredibly easy thanks to the skin that belongs to the culprit that Minato found.
The only reason why it takes a long time to clean the name of the Uchiha Clan is due to various reasons; mainly, some factions try to weaken the Uchiha Clan's political powers.
Minato knows the person behind it but couldn't make a move since he didn't have enough evidence to punish this person.
"Alright, time to take a break, guys," Minato said with a warm tone, attracting the attention of the three children.
"Yayoi, you are very strong, but try to be faster with your attack." Minato stared at Yayoi before his eyes turned to Mito. "Mito, you move with a lot of grace and control, but try to exert more force in your attack." He then turned his eyes to Menma. "Menma, you have good strength and speed, but try to have more control and grace when you attack."
"Let's return back inside the house to eat lunch," Kushina said, and like Minato, her tone is warm.
"Alright! Let's hurry!" Menma said while jumping all over the place.
"The sooner we finish, the sooner we can continue our training and I can get stronger," he added while pride shone in his eyes.
"You just left in my dust," Yayoi challenges.
"Both of you are already in my dust," Mito cockily stated, which attracted both Menma's and Yayoi's attention.
The trio then starts to argue about who is stronger between the three of them. Minato and Kushina watched the three children arguing with big smiles on their faces.
