Jiminie stared.
Really stared at the duo that was bickering before him.
This had been going on for ten minutes, and he was so done with them. He had considered leaving, but he knew they hated each other so much that leading them in each other's place was the worst thing that could happen to Kiyoto.
His beta had always wanted to smack the king's head into tomorrow. It wasn't even that hard for him because, clearly, he had been working toward that even after everything that had happened between them.
On the other hand, the king hated Lee Tang for loving Jiminie in a way that best friends were not supposed to. Or maybe Agust just didn't have enough friends who could draw the line for him or tell him what life was like on that other side.
So that was what Jiminie's life had been reduced to. More like this morning.
