"Tsk tsk, you're still saying that nonsense. If you keep that up, you'll forever remain single your whole life!" Odin said seriously, like a father reprimanding his child for staying back instead of joining the rest of the kids playing at the park. Rossweisse couldn't find any excuse to rebuke so she looks down like a deflated balloon. Though she also sneakily peek at Kousuke, as if expecting him to say something. However, he had something else in mind.
"That's a rather interesting theory, doesn't that means anyone could just go through the same thing I did, and becomes multiple times stronger by taking advantage of Otherworld?"
Of course he knew it was difficult trying to calculate the Otherworld's precise coordinates before they could even begin. Before returning, he made sure to completely destroyed every books that have mentioned Hero Summoning Magic just to lessen his worries that someone else might be caught into it again, just like him. So the chance of people from his world finding their way to Otherworld is very low, yet not impossible—thus, he never let his guard down.
This is why he is desperately looking for any other clues that can be link to Trihexa, the Beast of Apocalypse. After all, it was the only sign seemingly tied to Demon God. If it wasn't for Morgan notifying him beforehand, he wouldn't have even consider looking for any clue about it on Earth. He honestly didn't expect for there to be even any correlation at all, but the God before him implied that there could be more to it than meets the eye.
"Not exactly. In the first place, you being summoned shouldn't be possible to begin with," Odin said while shaking his head. "Any outsider forces must go through the Dimensional Gap first, this is a fact. The Dragon God like Great Red staying there isn't just a coincidence, it is their instinct to protect the Earth from the foreign invaders. After all, this planet is also their home."
"So me being summoned could be considered abnormal?" Kousuke asked. He had a feeling this was likely the case after finding out that the Demon God weren't part of Otherworld's inhabitants. There were no old records mentioning anything about THEM, up until recently—a decade before he was summoned.
"Yes, the only way such a thing is possible if the one who created the summoning magic actually originated from Earth. Dimensional Gap doesn't stop us from teleporting from one place to another, just like how you can get here via Bifrost Bridge. Asgard is just a higher realm, right above Midgard(Earth) after all. It's a different story if you wanted to visit another planet, then you'll have no choice but to go through the Dimensional Gap first." Odin calmly explained. It was also the first time for an old God like him witnessing something as bizarre as this. Kousuke may appears human, however his soul is anything but. 'It's a miracle his sanity is still intact,' the All-Father thought internally.
In his vision, Kousuke looks like a blob of darkness mimicking human to appear harmless to others. As if sensing his gaze, countless crimson pupils revealed itself around the human-shaped blob of darkness. All of them stares back at Odin without an ounce of fear, it was something straight out of horror movie. Suddenly, the All-Father begins shedding tears of blood from his eye.
"!!!"
"What did you do to Lord Odin?!" Brynhildr shouted as her body visibly tensed, she had already unsheathed her sword before pointing it at Kousuke. Even Rossweisse was surprised by the sudden shift, but she knew better he wasn't the type to harm other first, so she didn't panicked like her sister and remained standing behind him.
"You should be asking the old man that, I'm not the one trying to peek at someone's soul." He said with a shrug. Tsubaki were also just as surprised, but not alarmed. She trusted her boyfriend as much as she loves him, thus, she wasn't worried that he might get into trouble.
"It's fine, Brynhildr. Like he said, curiosity got better of me. This was within my expectation—something like this will heal soon enough." Odin spoke while wiping the bloody tears with his wrinkly hand, at the same time, stopping the Chief Valkyrie from acting rashly. After all, it was his own undoing that cause this. "And please accept my apology, Igarashi Kousuke. I acted rather impulsively, I guess old age is getting to me, hahaha."
"It's good that you understand, not anyone feels comfortable being stare so personally. A certain exhibitionist might enjoy it, but I'm not like her." Kousuke muttered with a smile. Tsubaki lightly smacked his thigh for bringing Rias into the conversation, the latter catching strays for some reasons. "Anyway, I have some questions if you don't mind me asking."
"Sure, go ahead. I'll try to answer as best as I can."
"What's up with Trihexa? Is it some kind of alien? There are so many powerful Gods back then, including Biblical God, so why only sealed it?" Kousuke asked directly. If there's anyone who might know more, then it has to be the God of Wisdom. Odin sighed, his eye appeared distant as if recalling the past.
"Trihexa, 666, and Beast of Apocalypse. It was indeed an alien that crashed into Earth in the past. It was way before Dimensional Gap even exists. It then remained in a state of slumber until the Great War woke it up." Odin muttered in a somber tone. "Normally, we should be able to take care of it. But that was impossible back then, the Great War had been a terrible mistake."
"The Great War caused everyone to split?" Tsubaki mumbles hesitantly.
"Yes, it started as a small skirmish between Biblical God and the original Lucifer, it happens mostly in Underworld. But it quickly spiralled out of control, and eventually every pantheons involved themselves one reason or another. I no longer remembered why I got caught into it as well." The All-Father said with a sigh.
"So Biblical God started it all, and he was also the one who ends up dying after exhausting himself from sealing the Beast." Kousuke commented. He remembers this part being recorded in Satan's library, the sealing part. They only found out about the Biblical God's death later on.
"Then there's no way someone will find it and unseal it right?" At his words, Odin remains quiet. Suddenly, the atmosphere around them turned strange.
