At SITE 6, the control center teemed with activity. The staff's fingers thinned into tentacles, slapping against the projection keyboards with a relentless, clicking sound.
The T6 stationed here dangled upside-down from the ceiling, surveying the chaos below. Its intermittently twitching spider legs betrayed its agitated mood.
Suddenly, a gigantic black-and-white worm burrowed in through a nearby wall. Pai Bo spun its gaping, savage maw to glare at the giant Spider before it.
"I just took a trip to SITE 2—it's been completely submerged. The last transmission from there wasn't fabricated. The Central Computer really has a major problem, and the clones at the other sites are unreachable."
"Impossible! We've thoroughly analyzed everything the Abyss-Sea humans possess. With their strength, this shouldn't be possible!" A2's voice from nearby was filled with raw disbelief.
