Shanshan vanished in an instant. Her figure flickered across various locations in the Abyss-Sea, teleporting the prepared navies from the Four Seas into the Mist Sea.
Of the seven sites, the four without any Pedes present were the first to be struck by ferocious artillery fire from the mighty navy. Although the Foundation site quickly launched a counterattack, they were caught unprepared. Before long, the site was overrun.
By the time the five Pedes received word and arrived in the airspace above the site, they found the enemy had already vanished.
Charles knew they couldn't win against these Demigod-level Pedes. Since they couldn't beat them, they wouldn't fight them directly. Shanshan's advantage was high mobility; there was no need to pit their weaknesses against the enemy's strengths.
