A hazy purple mist rolled slowly through the air, and within it sat a Giant, larger than a mountain. An overwhelming sense of oppression washed over them, chilling them to the bone. They didn't dare to move a muscle.
"Let's go. We're getting closer," Charles said calmly, his words sending a shiver through everyone in the vehicle.
"C-Captain... we're going closer to that *thing*? If it stomps its foot, it could crush us all to death!" Deep stammered from beside him.
Charlton gazed at the distant Giant with a complex expression. After a faint sigh, he said, "At this point, if It could actually move, that would be a good thing."
The vehicle started up again. As they approached, the hazy purple mist receded slightly, and the Giant's silhouette grew sharper. Its body was tall and thin, made of gray metal. Its hands were enormous—nearly half the width of Its chest—and Its arms were so long they hung all the way to the ground.
